Very disappointed, ordered 4 different filters for my cat skidsteer, waited 1 full week, sent 1 email, no response, sent a second email asking where is my order & all of a sudden I got a email saying shipped, I may receive my filters in 13 days, absolutely unacceptable, terrible service, never again,

After 3 days waiting for an email when my order would be shipped I contacted customer service they said it would be another 7 days. I cancel my order. Only to receive an email a hour later saying it was going to be shipping that same day. This is after I already reordered the same filters from Amazon to deliver next day. I then had to call customer service to cancel the same order I did earlier with an email. A waste of time and run around. Will not use again

This is my first time doing business with IndustrialStop and I can honestly say it will NOT be my last. The item ordered were promptly shipped, properly packaged and their customer service is second to none.

Fast delivery and exactly what I ordered but a little higher prices than local stores. If you don’t have time to go to those stores these folks are the answer

I placed an order with this company on 11/20/20 for items that were shown and confirmed to be in stock by their staff. I write this review on 3/22/21 still short an item and unable to receive any accurate information from them over the past few months. They urge you to communicate by email only and if/when they reply they feed you a bunch of BS just to buy more time. I have requested a refund but was unable to get anyone from their accounting department on the phone. I would steer clear of this company at all costs.

Well, this place has a " to bad to sad " attitude.

I purchased an item from them. Everything was going good, delivery was on time till about 30 from my house. Some one redirected my purchase to wyoming, which took an extra 10 days to arrive at my house.
The only thing they could offer was a " sorry".
Between UPS and this company, Noone could tell me who redirected my purchase.
So, they get a half a star because the product was what I expected.

Pricing is right on spot no 350% markup instantaneous acknowledgement of payment and address location very professional products are what they say I will always come back to this website industrial stock for my trucking supplies I was very much pleased I highly suggest that you check their prices and then check others you will be very surprised I give this a Five Star Plus
