I, truly, cannot say enough about the IndyQuest team. Beyond being great agents, they are great people. Creston, Holly, Bobbi, and Cara went out of their way to bless our family. We are forever grateful to all of you.

We were referred to Lucy when we asked a group of friends to refer us to a realtor who is a shark. Aka someone who is on top of the buying experience. Lucy did NOT disappoint she was honest, reassuring, and made sure we didn’t make rash decisions during our buying process. If you want someone who is going to represent you and also not pressure you into something Lucy is your woman! I could write more and more but that’s it, GO WITH LUCY COCKRUM!

I wanted to preface this review with probably the most amazing thing that my wife and I felt while working with Creston. During the entire 6-8 month process we had taken to find the right home and work everything out, it felt like Creston was our private realtor, in the entire process it never felt like we were just another client, he was either at every single meeting with our builder that we had, or if the rare chance he couldn't make it, he answered every single question we had after the meeting and explained everything in much better detail than the builder. He remembered everything about were we were in our process and it truly felt like we were his only client!

Creston and his team at IndyQuest provided the most amazing service, hands down that I could ever imagine. My wife and I were first time home buyers and both from out of state, so we had no idea how the process of buying a home really even worked. We began our search by reaching out to a number of different realtors, and of all of them we reached out to, Creston was the only one that really seemed to actually want to help us in finding the right house for us. All the others seemed to just send a long list after asking a few questions and wanted to get us to view and move forward as fast as possible. Not Creston! He took the time to meet with my wife and I, learn what we really wanted, help us figure out what we really wanted! And find real options for us. We ended up going with a new construction home, and Creation was an indispensable help during the whole process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided easy to understand explanation on every step of the process, helping us not only with the realtor part of the process, but helping us with questions about different upgrades (based on his knowledge of what would be really good to get the builder to install vs add later if we wanted). Even after finally closing on our house and moving in, Creston has helped up with questions about being a new home owner, and has always been there to answer anything that we asked! I can not recommend IndyQuest enough for helping you out in the housing market, especially if you are a first time home buyer!

Creston and his team were the most amazing to work with and I couldn't recommend them more. As a new homeowner who was in the market through very volatile times, he was kind enough to be there with us every step of the way giving us his best advice both professionally and personally. You could tell that he really cares about each and every client that he works with. When the builder was being non-compliant, Creston stepped up and fought his best for us. All in total, I would definitely recommend using IndyQuest!
