My experience with Coach Fletcher and Inertia Health and Wellness has been fantastic. Coach Fletcher is very knowledgeable, and will walk you through each stretch step by step, so you know what to expect and are comfortable. I can’t recommend this service enough, give it a try!

I had a fantastic stretch session and massage here, and am so glad
I did! The staff was professional and caring, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the services made me wish I had found this place sooner. I left feeling relaxed and grateful. Dr Stephanie also helped relieve some hip/back pain I was having, and it resolved quickly afterwards.

Stretch therapy is a great supplement to trying to get more active and hopefully help prevent injuries along the way. I appreciate the dialogue and listening to what's bothering me or where to focus the stretch as part of the process. I also appreciate adapting the stretches to what works for me. After only a few sessions with Shane I’ve increased flexibility and am feeling much more mobile and educated. The sessions have been fantastic and I plan on continuing them regularly.

Coach Shane does a fantastic job. My neck and legs feel so much better. I never realized professional stretch services could do so much. My neck usually is terrible from staring at screens all the time. I usually go get a massage and it's okay for a day but stretch therapy is keeping my neck good all week.

I LOVE stretch therapy with Sam and Katelynn! I’ve seen such a difference in my flexibility and overall health since Sam started stretching me on a weekly basis. I’ve also had therapy with Katelynn and she does a great job too! The physical therapists there are also wonderful! My health has improved so much since I’ve been using their services. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Oh wow this is my first visit, I am a retired meat head, who works in oil and gas. Coach omg took great care when he worked me over I feel so much better. I think everyone should try Inertia out

Rebeca is a wonderful person and an excellent professional in her work. I recommend her 100% so you can enjoy a good comforting massage.

So I went for a stretch one day and scheduled for one the following week. Had a family emergency and canceled a day before. Still wanting to make a new appointment. I needed to get my work. By the time I got my schedule I was already charged full price for one I missed. Understand a cancel fee. But full price. Not going g back.

Update a year later. Not only was I impressed after my 1st stretch session, I have stayed impressed for a year now. Having a stretch therapy session once a week has been such a benefit for me and now my husband as well. We are busy parents of 4 young children that don't get time to ourselves often for exercise. These stretch sessions do wonders for us both physically and mentally.

This is the stretch I didn’t know I was needing! Sam was gentle with all the right amount of pressure needed. This is going to be awesome for my stressed out tense joints & muscles. This is probably my new favorite self care!

Dr. Sarah is great! She works you hard but you see results. She is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She truly cares about her patients and their health.
