I had to have major work done on my teeth. I was petrified. I truly recommend this dentist. She has a very light hand, compassionate and informative. Very professional staff and a clean dental office. If I had known of Dr Day in the past, I wouldn't have waited so long to get these procedures done.

We recently moved back to EP and we were so lucky to have found Dr. Day, she is amazing so much that I even changed my kids from their pediatric dentistry to her and she didn’t disappoint. The kids are so comfortable with her and don’t mind going to the dentist. We’re so happy with her and her staff, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

I've had such an incredible experience in their care. I have always had a phobia for dentists from past bad experienes. Dr. Day and staff listen to my concerns and make me feel safe. I've had 2 appointments so far, and Dr. Day and everyone who has worked with me has had a delicate touch and has left me feeling barely anything. I thank them for their patience with me. I really trusted Dr. Day and her staff and she was very sweet when I first met her. I was self conscious about my teeth and paid $2,600 for veneers up front. One veneer was shorter than the other on my front teeth and when I told her I didn’t like how it looks she became upset and tried to convince me that they looked good. She told me to try them out for a few days and to return if I was not happy. When I went back she made comments like “it’s you again”. When I told her I wanted them redone she refused and instead offered to shorten the other side to match. When I told her no she said “well then we are done here” and she walked out. Very sarcastic and rude. She must have felt bad about it later since she did call and left me a voicemail to offer to redo them but only after I left a bad review. I was so humiliated by her that I did not ever step foot back into her office… and was left still self conscious about my smile, and sad that I lost all that money

All your response really needed to say was the last sentence of your reply. There is no concern from you at all only about your reviews and it’s obvious from the way you responded. If there are any other places I can leave my personal experience of what occurred I will continue to do so. Also it’s not a second review. It’s the same one on a different platform. The incident did occur in 2019! So it has taken a long time to get this problem fixed. $2,600 is a lot of money.

Staff was super Friendly and Professional. Definitely a different experience then the two previous Dentist I had visited. Dr Orozco does a great job on explaining everything that has to be done to you and most of ALL very gentle with not hurting you on basic simple examinations compared to previous dentist I had been too?

I was nervous finding a new dentist, however from my first contact with the front staff, I knew it would be a great experience. Now the actual dental work, I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Dr. Day and her dental hygienist Sylvia, were so professional and most importantly gentle and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

The dentist and assistant were great had a jaw tooth pulled and she worked on two that were one twelth of a inch over the gums she pulled though out it didn't take over twenty minutes and barely felt any pain, There great, Jack Pullin
