Stay far away from this office, bad experience, bad customer service, I was in severe pain and wait from 1.30 to 3.15 till dr. Brown come, she examined my teeth, told me to replace my old crown, build another tooth and deep cleaning, she wants me to be charged more than
My contract in the insurance, when I refused to Change the old crown, the assistant came to me and told me that the doctor had another case and she couldn’t know if you need a root canal or not, and gave me a referral to another clinic, I was upset because I was in severe pain and she goes to another patient, the nurses outside spoke in very bad way even not looking at me, I really don’t recommend that place to any one. The doctor didn’t know if I need root canal or not and didn’t respect me when She went to another patient without talking to me.

Dr. Peggy Chang was great! She is great with kids and very professional. She handled my crying baby's first dentist appointment superbly! She has both great knowledge and experience with pediatric dentistry. I would go back to her and recommend her to others to care for their kid's teeth!

Stay far away from this office. On more than one occasion Dr Brown charged me more than double the cost she agreed to in her contract with my insurance carrier. As an example, she quoted me an out of pocket price of $600 for a root canal. I went to an endodontist for the same root canal and was only charged $225.

I only found this out after I’d already paid her THOUSANDS of dollars. Luckily I’ve found a new dentist, but unfortunately that dentist has to replace 2 crowns I received from Dr Brown. So not only is she charging amounts that are in violation of her contracted rate, she’s doing it in bad faith, and the work she performed (and I paid her thousands for) has to be redone.

Run fast and far from this office and Dr Brown.

Dr. Brown and the team at Infinite Smiles & Kidzone are great! The dental hygienist took her time on cleaning and providing education, while keeping me in the loop of what to expect next. Dr. Brown's expertise is immaculate and the entire team, again, is wonderful!

I never leave reviews but this is by far the best dentist i have been to. The staff is very friend and I was sadden by the news that Ravin was no longer there. Dr Brown is amazing and if you are looking for a dentist look no further.

They were amazing! Dr. Brown was the best and even had a way of making a tooth extraction seem effortless and graceful. Super excited to have found a dentist who is kind, informative, and looks like me!

Oh, and Danielle? She's amazing! Has a smile that would light up a room! Love this dentist!

The service and care are top notch. The staff and doctor listen to my concerns and provide solutions. I've been going for a few years and refer those looking for a dentist to Dr. Brown.

I've been going to Infinite Smiles for a few years now and Dr. Brown always takes great care of my teeth. I don't have many issues but she stays on top of the issues I have and reminds me of the precautions I need to take to prevent the little issues from becoming big issues. I appreciate the concern and the consistently good service.

I wanted to come here as a new patient for dental services, but scheduling was extremely difficult. I had called once and they mentioned that the scheduling person was not in office (which makes no sense, the person answering the phone should be able to schedule an appointment). So they said they will give me a call back once she has returned to office on another day. A week goes by, and I called again, and same thing. Scheduling person wasn't in office, so they offered a call back. Few days later, I get a call. They asked for my insurance and proceeded to told me they do not take anymore patients from DeltaCare USA, which according to Delta's website, they are suppose to. So maybe fix that. I work 9-5 so on their website they had office hours on saturday which was great. But turns out that saturdays are for valued clients and not new patients. This was not said on there website which brings me to another point. Their website was pretty much just a electronic pamphlet. Nothing works, can't click on anything that is of value so you have to call them. Only reason I am giving it a 2 star instead of 1 is because also scheduling and their website was difficult, the person over the phone sounded kind, and for all I know, they could have amazing service.

I wouldn't generally say visiting the dentist is an enjoyable experience but I have to say I enjoy going to Infinite Smiles. Dr. Brown is the best dentist I've ever had and although I have moved to Austin, I continue drive back Houston for my dental appointments.

I called a month ago to make an appointment for dental cleaning. Arrived today and they asked me what my expectation was and I replied "just dental cleaning" and they did what all other dental clinic does, x- rays, pictures, etc. Took them a long time due to technical difficulties and I was very patient with them too. At the end they told me due to my condition, they recommend me the deeper dental cleaning which is not covered by my insurance and would be almost $100 out of pocket. I told them I can't do that right now since the holidays are near (and I believe I'm not the only one that's a little tight with money around this time) so I would like to get the cleaning that would be covered by my insurance this time and come back 6 months later to get the deeper cleaning done. Dr. Brown said it's either the expensive dental cleaning or no cleaning at all. So I've waited 1 month and gone through all the discomfort of x- rays and pictures and paid a co-pay just for nothing? ! She said she would be liable if they only do the basic cleaning that would be covered by my insurance since that's not what she recommended. Would she be liable for refusing any cleaning then? As a doctor, the first thing you do is to "Do no harm" so which will lead to more harm? A) basic cleaning or B) no cleaning at all. I told her she can simply put in the chart that "Patient refused deep cleaning and opt for basic cleaning" but she refused. If she is afraid of being held liable, then most doctors wont even be practicing because many patients refuse procedures recommended by doctors. You don't see them successfully suing the doctors, do you? The only time a doctor can justify refusing a procedure is when the procedure can cause harm to the patients (once again, do no harm) but what would basic cleaning harm me? I asked for my co- pay to be refunded since the only reason I'm at this visit is to get dental cleaning done yet Dr. Brown wouldn't do it then I shouldn't have to pay. But not surprising, they refused to refund that. So basically they can file to my insurance for x- rays and such and get money from the insurance even though they refused to perform the one and only procedure that I wanted to do. That's not it, even if I seek another dentist, my insurance may not cover another x-rays and pictures because Dr. Brown has claimed them already. I've never had a dentist refuse to let me have the dental cleaning that would be covered by my insurance done. Not only I've wasted a month of waiting, I also feel like my benefit has been stolen from me.

UPDATE: I faxed my record release form to them a week ago b/c I have an appointment at castle dental. I arrived at castle dental yesterday and when it was my turn, they wanted to do x- rays on me b/c they didn't receive my them. I called and the receptionist told me that they never received my form when my fax machine indicated that it went thru. I told her to fax the form to Castle dental and she said she will do that right away. 20 minutes went by and I let 2 patients go before me and still nth. Castle dental knew of my situation and offer to do my x- rays w/o charge. An hour later I called Inifinite again and this time they told me the person responsible for that isn't available and she will call me back asap. I asked how much longer do I need to wait (b/c apparently she can't fax it to me) she said they will call me before 5pm when the office will be closed. When my cleaning was done, it was 4: 58pm and I did not receive any call. I called them again and still, the girl said the person responsible is still unavailable and will call me after hour. Why call me when I just needed you to fax it to me? And calling after hours when castle dental will be closed too? My appointment w/ castle dental was at 2pm but I didn't get out until almost 5pm b/c of Infinite. Why do you continue to make it so difficult to me? Why is faxing a paper so difficult? ! Also, castle dental said I don't need deep cleaning or a root canal done, which was insisted by Dr. Brown.

I have been going to Infinite Smiles for nearly 2 years. I’ve had multiple experiences with them from teeth cleaning, to teeth whitening, and Wisdom teeth pulled. All of them were beyond my expectations. Specifically, I want to call out getting my wisdom teeth pulled. The pain was gone 24 hrs later. The first set i got pulled at another Dentistry took an entire month.
A major callout is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff and Dentists. The ladies there are so great at their jobs and thoroughly enjoy coming to work. I’m forever grateful for my experiences here and will continue to keep them as my dental provider.

Dr. Brown has been my dentist for the past few years. I love how it’s easy to get an appointment and she and her team go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She did both my filling and my crown and I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Brown explained the problems with my tooth and the front desk person explained my costs and I didn’t feel taken advantage of. I appreciate an honest Doctor.
