Update: they forgot to put the transmission fluid cap back on my transmission and the fluid spilled out which messed up my transmission and forced me to sell my first car. I’m pretty upset about it because my car started having problems immediately after I took it in for an oil change so I took it back and they didn’t find the problem. I had to take it to another mechanic for them to find the issue.

I didn't have an appointment but they got me in and out for oil change, tire rotation. Fast and courteous.

Friendly and fast service each time I've been. Never had any issues with the work they've performed. Cut me a deal on tires once at a cheaper price than Discount Tires and patched one of them up later for free after I picked up a nail one day.

Customer service thumbs down. I went in for an inspection spent 3 minutes waiting while the front desk employee was on the phone (no problem). He then proceeded to rush me out the door to a place close by after I said I would wait there (problem why are you rushing me out). Maybe he was just overwhelmed I won't be returning to find out. Then I was blocked in twice trying to leave the small parking lot by other cars there for service with no room for them to park.

The follow up conversation was very good. I appreciate a company that is interested in addressing customer concerns quickly. Lambs did a great job responding to my review.

Mr. Darren and Mr. Rob were extremely helpful, professional and efficient. Fixed my flat, and wheel in no time! I'll definitely be returning for further care care and maintenance.

Lamb’s treated me right and were very helpful the whole way. Rob the main guy was helpful and informative for my 2008 Solstice. Overall, I hope I don’t need to use them again any time soon but they definitely have my business going forward in the unfortunate case of car trouble

Andrew Moss was great to work with. He was knowledgeable, communicative, and also has a great personality! That might not be a pro for some people but it is nice to see someone having fun at work and not so stiff.

I don’t drive much and am terrible about car maintenance schedules. He didn’t shame me for that just helped me understand the importance of why those are good (and necessary).

Andrew made sure I got the exact work I needed (two new tires and an alignment) and I will be returning soon to get two additional tires.

When I came to pick up my car Rob helped explain exactly what they are looking for when they are working to align everything (which also made since about why my car was struggling).

I believe the price was fair and honest and the results are a smooth driving car.

Truly a great experience and it makes sense why the N Lamar location came highly recommended from neighbors.

I brought my car in for a slow leak in my tire. They were really nice and helpful. I was able to get it patched up for cheap and was on my way in under an hour. Definitely recommend!

The assistant manager Andrew was very helpful with all the questions I had about my car inspection and it was done in a timely manner. They send you a text with a full breakdown of your inspection and explain things that should be serviced during your next visit which was very convenient. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Rob was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In and out with new set of tires in about 2 hours after having tires sent over from another location same day. Great shop!

Andrew and team were great! I didn’t have an appointment but they checked me in quickly and got my tired patched quickly. The waiting area was well ait conditioned and clean so that’s also a plus!

The guys at the front desk were down-to-earth, friendly, professional and helpful! The service was relatively quick with how busy they were. My only complaint, if I’m being nit picky, would be the parking lot is a bit cramped/awkward. But, what’re going to do? It’s probably Austin’s ungodly high priced properties.
