No restroom for drivers and long time to get unloaded, if you are lucky minimum 2-3 hrs. If not all day.

After reading all the previous reviews, i was pretty worried bout delivering here!
Yes it is a good idea to get parked early!
Yes it is very tight backing, and moving forward if people block the path, and yes “wait outside the gate til it is opened to check in!
However my experience was very pleasant!
The office staff are on point!
The unloading was extremely fast, and product count/inspection fast!

Truckers. For delivery, wait near the fence gate that is locked. Do not go to bank of building and go near door A. Wait by locked fence gate. They will open around 0800. Check in 0815. Empty 0915. Got bills at 0945. Be careful with parking in certain docks, ask for help if necessary. Good luck. Everything went smoothly for me.

Get ready to wait until the truck arrives from Mexico they open up at 8am all delivery trucks are parked up on street no washrooms for drivers long wait times tight backing at docks if delivering at this facility

We've been waiting to get unloaded since 7AM and it's now 3PM and we're still waiting. No food or drink or bathroom either since we have to go to the store after we get unloaded. This place sucks.

We got 2 trucks delivering today one was with 8AM appt and one with 9AM appt and both were empty by 11AM, everything was good, very quick offloading!

One of the worst place for delivery, be ready to waste your day, they gonna use your refrigerator as a storage and ones the mexican truck will arrive to switch the loads then they will unload your truck

The place the building is s**t, and all the drivers park wherever they want nobody cares, most of the times you have to wait for the mexican truck to transfer your product so is about 6 or 7 hrs wait, and if you have to back at door 11 or 12, there is a bridge watch out for that my recommendations to you is to not coming here because sucks
