15If I can give this company no stars I would. I rarely leave reviews but this company has my blood boiling. I called to cancel my policy and made sure I owed nothing else and will not be penalized for leaving. Of course I was. First they auto drafted money from my account AFTER I called wayyyyy before, almost a month before it was due (it's a month to month policy) to cancel the autopay because if not I would risk it being taken. And the very next month BEFORE the date it would have been due. You stole money from me. So not understanding when my card was not on file. (I personally removed it from the website) I called the office they were closed so customer service told me I had to wait till Monday to get a refund. Do you think I got it? Nope! So I was stuck with them one more month. And then they got it right. I was done with them, so I thought. I then get a letter in the mail saying I owe $122. After being on the phone with their customer service for over an hour having the rep explain how and why I owe them. To some it up, he claimed I owed for the month I left the company. I was confused because the lady I spoke with stated I was done and owed nothing else my policy was cancelled (which he verified and said that was true it was canceled) Sooooooo, why do I owe $122. After going back and forth he finally tells me if I can prove and send to their website that I had insurance with another company they will waived that charge. I had insurance with someone else at least 2 months before they sent the letter. So Of course I sent it. And still nothing was done. Now I have a $122 pass due bill on my CREDIT. This is what I get for trying to be cheap and deal with a low budget company. And do not respond to my post saying how sorry you are if you do not plan to fix it. All these negative reviews proves you guys are not willing to do anything right.
My father was hit by one of their clients a month ago, his truck was totalled. They never made an effort to get him a rental car to get around in. Tried to have a wrecker pick his truck up without offering anything for it first. Then, demanded that he accept less than half of its actual value. And good luck being able to actually talk to someone. JOKES
This is the worst company ever you cal and call and call no reply back they bs you and say they have to get in touch with there driver and they cant do anything until then to move foward with my claim someone need to shut this company down
This is has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been trying for couple of days now to talk to a representative and they just don't pick up. If you don't want to talk at least provide an email address
This place doesnt even deserve 1 star. This place needs to be reported to the BBB. They don't answer their phones or return calls or emails. I had my wreck in September and im still waiting for my car to get paid off.it was totaled and i was told over a month ago it was going to be taken care of. LIE.it is still at the shop.the shop cant get a hold of them either
This place will have you on hold for days. Won’t return calls or emails. I’ve been calling them for two days now and no answer.
All the bad reviews are true, they should shut down this shady insurance company and good luck to you if you've been hit by one of their insured drivers.

This place is very racist! Ashley Creath is rude and does not know the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was hit by someone with this insurance company, drove 15 miles to meet the Adjuster Jeremy Swinton with an appointment time and he surprisly was not there. I sat and waited with no one greeting me. As, I waited two men walked outside and walked around my car then came inside in front
of me discussing the damage of my car or the lack of damage (their opinon). I sat in disbelief, I was not greeted and then without my consent they inspect my car! I walked up to the receptionist and told her how I felt about my treatment! She said that one of the men that walked around my car and discussed the damage was a manger and that the adjuster would be right with me. I sat back down to wait still upset about the poor treatment I was receiving. Then come Big Rude Ashley Creath who is very disrespectful! I guess they sent her to intimidate me but, she failed. I don’t fear no man! Only Elohim, God! She got inside my car where I had a family member speak to her and she didn’t even reply to them. I wish I had known before I left there. She walked around my car with an attitude and missed spelled my name, tried to talk to me like I was uneducated and tried to treat me like I was subhuman because, I AM BLACK? Or Black with a Mercedes Benz? Or the fact I can afford it or is it because, I am Black and Blessed? Or is it because they have no respect for no one. They did not cut me a check like I was told over the phone even with proof of statement from their client about the accident. They stated they will mail it! The Black people that work there smh. I guess they treat the blacks that work with them with respect (I assume) because, they overlooked their coworkers mistreatment of a Black Woman in their presence, all for the mighty dollar. I am saying this because they noticed my skin before, the reason I was there! I had only signed in and from there the disrespect, lies, and lack of customer service began to become my experience. Do not purchase insurance with this company and never go to this location they are the worst! One star= 0 from me!
The worst insurance company possible, truly the worst! If you go here better trash your money in the trash can it's the same thing! Please stay away from their lazy and good for nothing staff
