9 I’ve had bad experiences with Wifi companies. Living in a rural area, we only have a few options: bad or worse. Then, I found out fiber is available on my site now. I jumped on the opportunity.
The process was so easy from start to finish. The young man even fixed the siding that the previous company techs had damaged. Chris went above and beyond to help us, and he was very polite and knowledgeable. We haven't had one issue with our connection: rain, shine, or wind, we still have internet. I'm glad I signed up for a two-year contract because they are stuck with me.
From start to finish their staff was awesome, they answered all of my questions, and got everything set up for me. The fiber installation was fast and their technician was friendly and skilled, didn’t even have to go in my attic!
The inside/office staff has been fantastic to work with, helped me with all of my paperwork and scheduling! I definitely recommend their fiber. Blows TISD out of the water!
