Inflatables are closed to private parties so call ahead. They should update this somehow, I cnt be the only one who wasted a drive up there only to find out it was closed due to private party.

I must admit I do not often leave reviews, however after our wonderful birthday experience I have to let people know that this is the place to take your kids for birthdays or just for fun on the weekends! All of the staff were so helpful and hospitable. The ladies at the front were so sweet! My son and his friends had a blast with the arcades, Inflatables, and go kart. We had a custom party package and the owner accomodated everything. I cannot say enough about this place!

My kids liked the inflatables but they weren't very clean. Most of the staff looked like zombies. They were dragging their feet and some were wearing airpods in their ear so they're not big on customer service. One guy even almost ran into my baby stroller. When I said sorry to be polite even tho he was the one about to run into me, he just waved me off and said it was ok. The guys handling the go carts were sitting in the carts listening to music on their phones. I don't know why businesses aren't big on customer service anymore.

Private room of inflatables provided for a birthday party. Arcade available. Table area provided for food, cake, gifts, etc.

This was one of the top 5 birthdays my babies have had the honor & pleasure of attending and I cannot believe it’s right down Mason Rd. Just a few miles from us. This hidden little gem is slightly tucked back from the road kind of behind the strip mall but there is no shortage of attractions at this family fun center. The birthday party was a total blast complete with so many activities to do from arcade games, birthday festivities, prize selection, food/drinks, the party rooms were massive and my friend threw a big party for her precious kiddos & she was telling us they also have an entire outdoor section when the weather gets just a bit warmer she suggested we definitely check it out they have go-carts, mini golf, even batting cages. Definitely no shortage of fun here and for the whole fam. I feel like the 2 story inflatables are most def worth mentioning because these giants are leveled up from these neat ones we rent for our backyards and so much fun for all the kids. Very cool spot whether for birthdays or just some family fun I highly recommend you check them out!

The manager was very very rude told a 5 year old girls party to get off his property. The receptionist was very confused about her job and didn't know anything that's was going on or how the specials were or how to explain the specials and I stumped her on a question about the special and she called her manager and said I was rude to her about a question. The place didn't have half the games available for play and they are very high on their prices. The go carts were slow and broke down while on it. The manager threw 500 dollars at me and said to leave the Premisis after we paid our money. DON'T USE THIS PLACE FOR A PARTY. They don't have food either.

I just had my daughter’s birthday party here today and it was awesome! From check in to check out. The service was great, reasonable price, and plenty to do. Very clean and fun environment. I had the private room with private inflatable room. It’s was more than I could’ve asked. To the owner, thank you for this place and I hope it will continue to stay at the standard you have it at now.

This is hands-down the coolest funnest place EVER! Paige and Kendall or on their game I like to call him the A-Team stop in and let them make your day the same way they made mine

I called this morning to make an inquiry for my daughter's birthday, the lady who answered the phone obviously doesn't have any phone etiquette.
She offered no greeting or her name, didn't respond when I greeted her and ignored me when I called her out on that.
All she had to say was call this number back and hung up while I was still talking to her.
If that's how you do biz, keep at it.
I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

They close the whole hour and a half early said that they were having staff meeting
Staff member didn’t even let us in, stopped us at the door, not good for business I think.

We had a wonderful birthday party here! Mario was super helpful and accommodated us well! Go Karts were such a hit today.

If you live in Katy or West Houston and haven't taken your kids here, then you are truly missing out. This is a great place for all ages. Our children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and their ages are 3,7,9, and 17. It's super hard to find a place where our toddler, elementary age kids, and teenagers all enjoy themselves. We tried most of the actitivities and had a blast! From the indoor inflatable and arcade to the go karts and mini golf. In addition to friendly staff, the owner was on-site and very personable. This is a great place to have your kid's next birthday party.

Their bating cages are cheap to use, and fun but they hurt your hands so much, because they're solid rubber balls. I wish that they would use real baseballs, even if the price went up a little bit it would make the experience way better.

We've had both of our girls birthday parties there and have been invited to 5-6 parties, and we truly enjoy it every time.

I just had my daughter's 4th birthday party at Inflatable Katy and I am so impressed with the customer service. Jasmine and Jocelyn were our party helpers and, man, did they hustle. They were phenomenal helpers. It was amazing because it allowed me to enjoy the birthday party. All of my guests had a blast! Some of the mom's that live in the area had no idea that this venue even existed. They were so impressed with how we got private rooms and had amazing party helpers! Lemme tell you, I have had my daughter's birthday party at the zoo and a farm. None of them hold a candle to this location. Price wise and service wise, bar none, best party venue and staff. My daughter kept saying, "Mommy, this is the best birthday party ever. " It felt so good! You guys may see me for my daughter's 5th birthday! Thank you guys so much.
