2 months of working, my daughter in law still hasn't been paid, nor does anyone answer the phone!

I worked with ingenesis for a contract RDH position, they were nothing short of amazing! Very responsive, helpful, professional and just overall awesome. Would 100/10 recommend them to anyone

I contacted this agency last winter to inquire about a local-to-me prn job & was told there wasn’t an opening but if something came up, they said they would call me. Sure enough, Nancy (my recruiter) contacted me in June!
I’ve been working the local prn assignment (usually 3 days a week) for several weeks now. Nancy called me after my first week to make sure I knew how to enter my time & to ensure a timely paycheck. Nancy is an amazing asset to InGenesis!

Never seen a company lack professionalism as bad as ingenesis.
I could write a book on all the negative qualities this company possesses. Extremely entitled Hr department. 100% lack of motivation to file the proper paperwork in a timely manner, and to top it off they'll cut your pay if you're not on top of how much you should be getting paid. They gaslight you at every possible turn, and use big words to take advantage of people who don't know any better. Do yourself a favor and just walk away from this company. You'll be grateful you did.

I worked with Nancy. She was great I had no issues. She called me and told me about the job and I was blow away.got a contract RN job the next week with no Issues!

Honest answer questions immediately would find answers to questions if they didn’t have the answers quick response

InGenesis help me obtain a PRN position which I can’t wait to start. They were fast in reaching out to me after I applied and I had all the information I needed to get completed and submitted within 24/36 hours. Anytime I had a question I was responded to and had my answer within 30 minutes. Thanks for all you did for me!

I’ve been working with Nancy (a recruiter) to obtain a a contract RN position. She secured me an interview for me quickly, with a great pay rate, and was readily available throughout the hiring process. She’s been positive and very helpful throughout my onboarding with InGenesis as well.

These recruiters are horrible here. I submitted my resume for two positions and they continue giving you the run around when you ask for an update. Obviously you are not doing your job correctly. Horrible communication. Stay AWAY!

Really bad communication. I’m just now reading the reviews and so many people have had the same problems as me with trying to reach somebody about my application. Nobody helps me, I can’t reach the phone number that was on the email from the recruiter it goes to a random guys voicemail and I haven’t received anything back. The information they need you to fill out also wasn’t working, it’s a bunch of sample pages and it doesn’t let you edit them. Great pay but not great communication at all.

I worked for the company as a 3 rd party employee and once I was no longer with the company I was never issued my travel reimbursement which was over 1600 $. It’s been almost a year of going back and forth with Human Resources to be able to be issued this payment however James Romo the Human Resources specialist just gives me the runaround.

BEWARE. I made a mistake by not reading the reviews or fully researching this company before applying. Someone mentioned this company is “FAKE” and I 100% agree with that. No hiring manager called back to reach out about schedule. The number initially used to reach out to me, who the individual claimed to be “Daniel” never answered and screened my calls-including emails. Definitely will be reporting this job posting.
