Ingleside Police Department

My mother called ems and the police on my sister tonight 3/25/22 and while we waited for them to get to us my fiance and my sisters fiance both restrained her without harming her. However once the police showed up they were very aggressive with her. She has bruises shaped like fingerprints where they manhandled her. Scratches on her neck where they held her down and one officer punched her in her sternum i don't know his name but I do know that was very unnecessary. Her head was hit while she was being held down and she has confirmed she lost consciousness at one point during their manhandling. We made the call due to her mental health and while I understand she was being difficult there was no need for such harsh and brutal behavior. The ems and staff at the hospital were very helpful and pleasant. Again before your police showed up we had her restrained SAFELY without harming her waiting for help. Four witnesses on how she was handled by your police officers and the damage you have caused her.

Had little interest in the people that they are suppose to be helping. I think I only met one officer from there that really cared about his job and the people it affected.
