The manger is very disturbing and she has a very bad personality if she don't like her job she should not work. Then she dresses like if works at a strip club your manger not a striper I wonder if the owner knows how her attitude I would recommend any body to those apts

I have no complaints, it’s your basic apartment complex. I like how flexible the leasing office worked with me when moving in since my income sometimes fluctuates! They still gave me a chance and I appreciate that!

If I could give negative stars, I would, but I lived at the complex for a year and eight months for every month that I have been here. I’ve paid my rent and complained about the mold, growing in my second bedroom I’ve complained about the roach infestation that pest control does nothing about and I have complained about my faucets in the bathroom the sink and the tub leak that still has not been fixed. I found out last month I’m the only unit without a dishwasher. Now I find out that the dirt in front of my door from our plant boxes is too messy and needs to be cleaned up even though there are other units in this complex who use underneath the stairs as personal storage areas. Understand that these apartments will give you a second chance should you have certain things on your background check preventing you from getting back into your own home but this is not the place I would Recommend for anyone to move into especially because they refuse to actually give you the service for the amenities. They are forcing you to pay for, but also, not allowing you to have. These are just basic needs of a human being living in a clean space where mold is not a worry where roaches is not so bad to the point where you can’t beat a dish in the sink you can’t even have your dishes in the cabinet. You can’t even put food in the refrigerator because the roaches are somehow getting inside the The refrigerator bees have got to be hands down the worst apartment I have ever lived in my entire life for this office lady to come and try to give me a lease violation for some potting dirt. I’ve even attach some pictures of the mold, and the water bubble next to the mold in my second bedroom for you guys to to see, I also dropped a picture of a colony of roaches I killed in the midst of cleaning my apartment. I have also included just a couple general spots where the roaches seem to be getting in and out of as well as behind the wood where the dishwasher should be. Take a look see for yourselves. This is after I’ve cleaned up and there’s one where I was cleaning around the refrigerator as well that’s not fully clean but yeah, just yeah that’s all I gotta say about these apartments honestly, like the pictures speak for themselves.

Customer service is trash, I called to see if a two bedroom was available, the lady said she had a special and just the apartment I was looking for. So I asked if I could come see the apartment right now (this was at 3: 30, Tuesday 11/7/2023) and she said yes. So I said see you soon and it was a 15 minute drive from where I’m at. We arrive at the office and the office door is closed. I wait 20 minutes, calling the office and no one answers. We literally spoke on the phone not even an hour ago! I wasted gas and my time just to be stood up for a tour. I should have read rhe reviews: (

Management was extremely helpful and nice.
And from what I see they are cleaning up the complex and getting rid of the trouble makers.
So far I've had no issues at all.

This is an edit from 2 years ago. It's gotten better, we've had managers come and go pretty much every 3-6 months. Our new manager this time is awesome. She's trying her hardest to help me and other tenants with our problems. But she can only do so much. Owner has final say and he's the worst. Thank you Ashley for helping. 09-13-2023

When I was living here I got a knock on my door from Saha wanting to do an inspection of my home. Mind you I pay my rent in full so they were double dipping on rent. We had drive bys during the day. Shots gun firing at night. And I had a guy peeking thru my window. That my son busted. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this place like the plague. Do not come here If you have Section 8 or you will end up losing your assistance. Management is so scummy and are horrible people. They will lie out of their teeth and do not care about the tenants. If you have Section 8, DOCUMENT EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION that you have with Management and SAHA because I almost lost my assistance due to faults of both this apartment complex and SAHA. These people actually lied and told SAHA that I had moved out a month after I actually did. All to collect an extra month of rent. I originally wanted to move out because the whole year I lived there, they did not fix my ceiling leak caused by an ac pipe. I would constantly come home to a leaky floor. SAHA actually failed the inspection and that is the only time they bothered to fix the issue! After a YEAR!
ROACHES are plentiful and it doesn't matter how clean you are, you will get them! My car was actually broken into TWICE the year I was there. There are no assigned parking spots and everyone just parks wherever the hell they want. The people who live here are usually trouble makers with kids who constantly fight outside. DO NOT MOVE HERE, NOT EVEN AS A LAST RESORT. They will lie about market rent increases and you will end up losing your Section 8 assistance. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Honestly idk where to begin with these apartments, I recommend not coming here at all, I’d rather me homeless than had come to these apts, first thing I noticed was the Roaches when I first arrived and it got worst at night, second thing was the black mold of the vents, I let the front office know about the problem and they told me I had to find someone to do it and had to pay for it myself, front office people do not care for what happens here, third thing is the water, it’s cold somedays and hot others but mostly cold, I feel like they do it on purpose, theirs a lot more I can go on about but those are really the main things here, once again I do not recommend anyone coming here, if I could give a zero rating I would but unfortunelty I can’t

This is an update to a review from 3 or 4 months ago, a couple of days after I moved in. I didn't give a good review and only gave this apartment complex 1 star.
Now. I'm giving it 3 stars because management has cleaned up the place quite a bit. I haven't had any issues with my apartment I couldn't fix myself. I don't have a roach infestation like some people claim to have. Aside from the apartments being old.they're reasonably priced and they do NOT have a breed restriction.
Things are good so far and I hope that things continue to get better.

I heard the rent will go up. They are not worth it. Old cabinets, and roaches. This complex needs to be be renovated. At least install new cabinets and pressure wash the cement!
