I love my therapist, Jana! She has such a calming presence, and she always listens attentively and gives great advice. She has helped me work through my problems with attachment disorder as well as anxiety and depression.
Highly recommend!

Ms. Hale is amazing with my young son. She’s patient, kind, caring and he thinks she is so smart. The office staff on the other hand, not so much! Talk about rude and disrespectful. If you’re having a bad day go home or better yet, put your co-workers to good use and get some therapy. Do not take it out on the patients and/or parents with your job duty interactions.

InMindOut has been my most positive therapy experience in my 10 years of therapy. The offices are nice and offer virtual visits. I would recommend InMindOut if you’re new to therapy or have years of experience. Michelle De Vries is an absolutely amazing therapist if you need a recommendation!

No issues at all with the employees at this company but charging $1,100+ for an ADHD test is ridiculous, regardless of “what my insurance covers. ” Cost of treatment is a huge reason why mental health is such an issue in this country and I don’t see that going away anytime soon. Nice to know only the privileged get the care they need.

This clinic is more concerned about making money rather than solving your problems. Billing was a nightmare, therapists wouldn't listen, would often forget trauma from previous sessions, and often show up late to remote zoom calls. I had better luck talking to my school counselor

Don’t waste your time and money. These ppl are unprofessional and most of all uncaring. It’s impossible to speak to a human. They leave you on hold forever. We called at least 7 times before being placed on hold as usual before getting through to Alexa. Then coincidentally the mgr “Christina” is in a “training. ”

The only thing I liked about In Mind Out was my Therapist Jason Weaver he is AMAZING! Due to me losing my job and not being able to pay the $200 balance I was sent to collections and when I tried to pay it they told me that they would no longer accept me as a patient. Not only that but the billing department is a FRAUD. I was making payment on my account and made the absolute mistake of giving them my card info instead of paying it online through the portal and they charged my card over $500 without any notice or phone call and this had happened not just one but several times even after speaking to Mary who promised me that it would not happen again. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because my therapist was amazing. Now I am having to look for a new therapist and start all over.

Avoid these slimy folks at all cost. They will misquote your service cost by HUNDREDS of dollars (roughly $800 in my case), then hold your records and paperwork hostage until you pay the obscene bill. The billing department talked over me constantly and was incredibly insulting. Seriously, go anywhere else.

The therapist was great which is why I’m giving 3 stars. Inmindout was not. They consistently charged me wrong amounts, won’t return phone calls, and overall just are not very supportive.
