I was fortunate enough to be home during the holidays while the replacement HVAC work was being done. It was pretty impressive to see 2 to 3 technicians going in and out of the attic for 5 to 6 working days and never seen any fist or elbows flying. The technicians worked great together and they answered all my questions as they arose. They removed and replaced all the old ductwork and equipment. Made the system operational until the new outside unit can arrive and be installed. Though the Job is not complete yet, we are very pleased with the quality of work done so far. (GRIN)!

Innovative Air has the best staff of employees in the area. Eloy is excellent at his job. The instillation crew are also very good at their job and absolutely the most respectful to their customers. These guys are great! Highly recommended!

I love working with Innovative Solutions because they keep you in the loop about technician arrivals when you have an appointment. The technicians are always very courteous and professional and can answer almost any HVAC question you throw at them. 1000% improvement over our last HVAC company. Highly recommended!

My technician arrived on time for my biannual service of my hvac system. He spent almost an hour doing a detailed job making sure the unit was ready for the winter. He even cleaned the dirt off of the return air registers, which is something I have never seen done before. The prices are a little on the high side, but the quality of work if phenomenal!

My whole inside and outside unit were replaced last December by Innovative Air Solutions, last night we noticed our AC wasn’t coming on. I called the emergency number and someone answered quickly. They told me a technician would be in touch with me shortly and he was! Parker called me just two hours after I called. He arrived shortly after and diagnosed one of the issues. He had to let our unit defrost and came back. When he came back he quickly found what was wrong, gave me a time frame of when it would be fixed and made sure I didn’t need anything else! Parker is so friendly and always making sure he does whatever he possibly can for us!

I have used this company for AC repairs and their maintenance plan. I continue to be astonished at how great they are in all aspects. Whether it's initiating contact to keep me informed, how friendly, professional and knowledgeable their technicians are, their affordable pricing or how helpful and accommodating the office staff is, I have had a wonderful experience everytime.
My mother had the unfortunate experience to use another, very well known, local company and has had nothing but problems from the very beginning. Once her existing maintenance contract expires, she will be switching over as well. 100% recommend this company to anyone!

We had maintenance done a few weeks ago an were told by another company that everything was fine with our unit.needless to say it was not. We called Innovative and they came out same day. I have used them for not only work building related repairs but personal as well and have always been 100% satisfied with their service. On time for appointments, professional and they give excellent information and recommendations. I also recommend their maintenance package.

Aug. 21 95° outside call back from the technician was only minutes after I called after hours number. He was on another call so it took a little while to to get here, he diagnosed that the run capacitor was bad, he didn't have the exact replacement on the truck but he improved a solution to get us back up and cooling. The down side is they charged me $344 for a capacitor that costs less that $75. If they don't rectify this it will be the last time I call them. That is highway robbery and price gouging.

Parker came out to evaluate my ac system after I was told by someone that the entire unit including the ducts needed to be replaced. I was not comfortable with the first person so decided to get a second opinion. Parker was professional and friendly while he was here. He took the time to explain everything he found in detail and even took pictures to show me so I could understand what he was saying and why. I am so happy I found this company and look forward to using them for maintenance from now on. He saved me thousands of dollars that the first person was trying to say I needed when I didn't.

Also, when I called to make the appointment they answered quickly and were very helpful. They were able to get me an appointment very fast.
