Innovative Child Development Center, McAllen TX

I absolutely love this daycare and so does my toddler! He has learned so much with his teachers and loves spending time with his friends. Best part is seeing all the videos and pictures they send daily. Will be enrolling our newborn soon as well ️ I leave to work happy knowing my baby is in great hands

The BEST daycare hands down! There is no other place I would want my baby to be! The safety and well-being of all the children is their #1 priority.

Great daycare. They take really good care of my baby. I know she is safe there, which is the most important thing for me. If there are any issues they are always let you know right away. They don't hide anything from you. The owners let you know that they care for my baby like if she was theirs. Because they know how important it is for us the parents have that peace of mind. I love that they give homemade food. It always smells really good when they are cooking. My daughter is always clean when I take her back. She had never shown any signs of dipper rashes. This place is great. Highly recommended.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was 2 months old she's already one, I couldn't be happier with the service the owners provide.the activities, the communication between the staff, owners and parents is superb, the food is good home-made food nothing out of a can like some places. They send you updates, pictures and videos throughout the day. I'm glad my wife and I chose this place.

Incident happened 9-6-21 owner called me on LABOR DAY to advise me that I had a past due balance. Let him know that my wife was the one who takes care of that to call her. 30 minutes later I got a call from McAllen PD that the owner had made a policy report. My wife called the owner and come to find out we had a pending balance due because we did not give them a 2 week notice for taking my son out. We made them very aware and set the expectation when enrolling our son that he will only be going for the remainder of the summer. They were not willing to help in anyway but remove the late fees. My wife and I had been out with covid from mid July to the beginning of august just getting back on our feet with bills and want us to pay for something that was not even earned. These people are not in the business of taking care of your loved ones there just in it for the money. Balanced has been paid on our end never doing business with these guys again. Future advise to owners don’t call people on holidays about these types of situations even credit collection companies know this.

I am extremely satisfied with how Innovative Child Development daycare has cared for my children. They have been coming to this daycare for over a year and I truly feel my children are safe and that the owners are also very professional as well as the staff. They communicate very well and keep us updated through out the day with pictures, meals and any updates on their app. I do recommend.

The daycare is unreliable. We were enrolled here for a long time and ultimately took our children out due to bad communication and unprofessional actions of the owner.   Our oldest daughter use to love learning here but the constant rotation of teachers seemed to hender her learning and joy of school.

Cant say enough good things about this daycare. Staff is friendly and owners are really good people. I have my kid there for several years now and I love it. The best part is when I go pick up my child and he is so happy and loves to go to daycare!

My daughter has learned so much here, im so thankful for all the education thet was offered here thank you to all the staff here.
