Zalyndia did a “so called” intake with me virtually a month ago. She said she was getting approval from insurance and she would be in touch. I have not heard anything at all from her. She also was supposed to send me her summary, she did not do this. She has done NOTHING and I do NOT want her too at this point and I don’t recommend her. She basically left me and a two year autistic little boy in the dark. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least, smh
When I called and let the front desk know what happened she couldn’t find my grandson in her system she said and all she did was “note” how we were done by the therapist. This place is very unorganized and just plain HORRIBLE
