Insight Eye Associates, Fort Worth TX

Made arrangements for an appointment informing the office that my husband had a service connected disability and could not wear a mask. He showed up for the appointment and was turned away.

The doctor was thorough and explained exam results in a way that was very easy to understand. The equipment used appeared to be state of the art. Very friendly staff and scheduling was a breeze. My only dislike was in regards to the pricing for lenses and frames. They seemed a bit high (with vision insurance coverage applied) so I decided to order through a 3rd party. Would still return for exams.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Dr. Pierce is great at explaining everything in detail and answering any questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pierce was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and very patient in explaining my eye conditions. I would highly recommend him to anyone that wants an Optometrist who takes their time and does not make you feel rushed. He was fantastic!

Absolutely loved my visit. From the ease of making an appointment to the expertise and patience of the doctor (Pierce), my appointment was awesome. I would recommend anyone visit the office for a visit. I plan to have my husband visit soon for an eye exam.

I have been seeing Dr. Pierce for several years. He is always very personable and knowledgeable about my eye issues. When I am frustrated about my specific vision issues he talks to me with understanding and offers alternatives whenever possible.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish. The receptionist, assistants, Dr, etc were all amazing! Everything was thoroughly explained. Glad I trusted my gut for a second opinion.

Excellent experience. I showed up on the wrong day but they took me anyway. Dr. Pierce was friendly and knowledgeable. The staff was amazing. I can’t remember her name but the girl with the blonde hair that assisted me in picking my lenses and frames was upbeat and funny. Nice to have a laugh when having to spend money on necessary evils. Lol. Found my new eye care place.

Inept office ppl. - schedule appt wrong.as i was arriving, they called to cancel, said they were too busy, wanted to reschedule me, i told them not to bother.i will schedule with different dr.with more adept office help.to bad for de.le.he probably will never know why his business is failing.

I finally decided on this place after reviewing many different locations and I’m glad I did. The optometrist, staff, and office were amazing! Everyone was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had a few questions and Dr. Lee was very patient. Emily was friendly, detailed, and a huge help choosing suitable frames for me. Overall, the entire staff and experience was great. Thank you!

This was my second visit to this location and had a great experience. The doctor is professional, easy to understand and quick. I have a business so needed to have prompt visit, did not wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Office staff is courteous and explained my options in detail.

Great dr very knowledgeable of my rare eye disease retinitis pigmentosa. He was great with my kids eye exams.

Dr Lee is so awesome. I hadn't come in to have my eyes checked and he remembered me, like in detail. I have never had an eye doctor actually remember me in this way and be genuinely interested in my life and how my children are doing. Plus the new office is super nice and spacious. Everyone is really friendly, they have great hours, so you should definitely come here for your eye care.

I have been going to Dr. Jordan Pierce with my family for over 2yrs. What a friendly, knowledge Doctor! Always explains what he is doing and reasons too.

We had a great experience with Dr. Pierce and his staff. The office was clean, the equipment was modern, and the staff was friendly and compassionate. My five year old son and I had a thorough exam and overall excellent care. You won't be disappointed with this office.

Great experience all around. I was able to book my appointment online and even got in same day. The office is very nice and clean and they offer coffee while waiting. Their waiting room even had a kids play area. I didn't wait for more than a few minutes at any given time.

The staff was all super friendly. Dr. Lee answered every question I had without any distractions and had a genuine contagious smile the whole time.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know.
