Originally saw dr Guerra but was passed off to a PA and the practice has steadily declined in quality and value over the years. Paying a membership fee now that doesn’t cover anything, rude office staff, depressing office. Unfortunately this is typical healthcare in America, expensive yet worthless insurance and overcrowded offices more concerned with money than healthcare.

I've been a patient for years now and pre-covid it always seemed like a solid practice. But their protocols now include not even *seeing* sick patients until they've first tested negative for flu, strep, and covid.

This seems negligent of sick patients' needs.and lack of willingness to help if someone is legitimately ill (especially when it seems to be something other than flu/covid/strep).

I hate writing bad reviews but didn't know where else to share the feedback! I'm on the search for a new PCP.

The whole practice is wonderful! I’ve seen both the NP Amy and Dr. Guerra for many years now and they are so caring and informative! Absolutely love Inspire Family Health!

The wait during appointments has been long for both visits I had with inspire. Over an hour into today’s appt I had to leave to get to work. I asked if I could reschedule for a virtual appt and was told no, even though I clarified that I drove almost an hour to make it in and I had already completed labs. I’ve found the admin side of this clinic to be lacking pretty severely so I’m going to find a new PCP.

I pay a monthly concierge fee to be part of this practice. I asked a non-emergency medical question a month ago and have not received a response although I keep messaging and calling. The office person keeps saying they will follow up with the doctor, but nothing happens.
This happened once before but I thought it was just an oversight.
This would be unacceptable in any medical practice I have been a patient at in the past, and it is especially so since I am paying an extra monthly fee.
My annual visits have been with a different PA every year, and there doesn't seem to be a nurse you can talk to if needed.
I am looking for a new primary care provider.
