This is my number one place to go to for any repair or maintenance service. I go to the one on15th Street in Plano. They are honest, fair in pricing, and very competent. If something isn't done to your liking, which isn't often, they make sure to fix it with no arguments. I highly recommend Integrity 1st!

My grandparents used them for everything! Above and beyond. They took great care of Gerry and Boyce Spangler for over 10 years.

Bad place of business. Very rude and racist towards people of color. My spouse and I went to get our car serviced. The man walking looked at us and kept walking. No the place was not busy. After sitting no one came over. My spouse got out the car to find someone to help us. The same man who ignored us continued to ignore us and to keep from helping us he started hiding behind a car. It was at this point, I told my spouse let's go. We are not about to beg anyone to take our hard earned money. I don't know how this place got such high ratings but people of color stay far away from this establishment as possible, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I would highly recommend you got to this place these group of guys here they take their time and look out there car too make sure everything is running properly but huge shout out to Dave and kevin did a good job on my car they made sure that my car my car was up and running like new before no time BIG THANKS! Most definitely will be coming back

Chris and Mike are kind and very helpful. They helped me fix my front spoiler (engine cover).

The service was amazing. They got my car to the shop, found out the problem and it was fixed to my satisfaction. And I will be using them again if I have any issues with my car again. Ask for daivid great customer service and the rest of the staff as well.

(URGENT) To everyone that is Reading this Review. BEST AND MOST UP FRONT HONEST AUTO REPAIR FACILITY WITH INTEGRITY SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE IN DALLAS FOR THE PAST 7 MONTHS. Let me explain why Moved here 7 months ago in June 2021 from North Little Rock, Arkansas. To Richardson area for work and was looking/researching for Honest repair shop to service my 2001 Toyota Camry and 2012 Chevrolet Impala. (Chris finch/Manager) and his Master Mechanic Kevin are the best with Customer Service and knows how to treat his customers along with the whole team there at their Plano location on 4050 West 15th Street. If you need a ride to Work, School, or Home they will UBER you there or take you there themselves talk about Great Service and people that CARES. They always treated me right and will continue to get my business etc. Not to mention that they will keep In Communication with you threw all the repairs with picture texts/alerts of wats wrong with your vehicle and Costs etc. Go check them out in Person and see for yourself or read their reviews online they will not nickel and dime you like other shops do. Last thing all of their work comes with a guarantee percent parts and labor 2 years or 24,000 miles Warranty. They service all makes and models and way cheaper than the dealership in my opinion with their state of the art equipment. Service is great to me speaking from Experience and Chris and his Staff there are good people that CARES about you and your Vehicle and I'm a Happy Customer.
