Wow! What a wonderful experience I had with Mark Hatfield, Project Manager!
He communicated very well throughout the process, called the week before his appointment to confirm, was very flexible and professional when I needed to reschedule and I was was running late. Upon arrival great first impression, shook my hand, gave me his business card, removed his shoes to keep my home floor clean. Once he started the inspection, he was very efficient and through and explained all the measurements in great detail all with the
upmost professionalism and integrity.
