They are not only very responsive but they also are proactive. I have been using them for over 10 years. My car insurance went up to more than 15k a year. After shopping it they got it down to a little over 4K for the year. 11k savings. These insurance companies prey on people that don’t pay attention to their premiums. I am glad that Integrety Insurance does.

I was working with Tasha for a refund and she took the longest way possible intentionally postponing a refund I needed placed for months. She played dumb and said to call my bank to see if I received the original form of payment I sent after I did not receive anything from my bank for weeks. Then told me to wait another week. Then a week later said she was mistaken and a check was actually sent out and it was also under the name of another person who is insured under the policy instead of mine. She was very sarcastic and rude and I would never recommend this company to anyone or at least not work with her. I have never felt the need to leave a review for something like this, but strongly do not recommend working with an agency that will go out of their way for as long and difficult approach as possible to issue a refund.

Excellent service, both professionally and personally. I appreciate that when I call, I always get to talk to the same person, and they are always able to answer my questions, make changes to policies as needed, and will follow up quickly if they have to contact the insurance company on my behalf.

Tasha at Integrity is always super nice on the phone and she does not mind putting several different quoted policies so that I can choose which one best suites my needs. She explains everything perfectly and for that I am grateful!
