Inteplast Group reviews
19What a joke! Took 5 hrs to load, they make you count and put their count on paperwork anyway which was one pallet more then i counted and then put on paperwork that its the drivers count and said it's company policy WTH!
No way is this place anything at all like those bad reviews. They put me into a dock almost 2 hours ahead of my appointment, had my truck completely loaded in 25 minutes, and had my BOLs for all 3 stops done in another 5 minutes. Everybody was extremely polite, outgoing, and friendly. Very pleasant experience.
I was an hour late for my appointment they put me straight into a dock and loaded me very quick.polite people great place to be
Company is running fine. Lolita team is nice. Houston team in the office is terrible! Worst experience if work for me. Never been yelled at on a work place before.
Shiping at pvc for flatbed works only from 7 30am to 5 30pm, loaded pretty fast despite negative reviews written before.
Employees dating each other driver's waiting loading and unloading 4 5 hours the place don't care drivers inbound outbound pick up I want to give the place one star because employees dating each other
Many different buildings to get loaded. I arrived at 12: 15 they was on break but I was loaded for one hour anyway.
Slow as hell.make you wait 15 to 20 minutes to get your paperwork after your loaded. Bad attitude! Don't like what your doing? DO SOMETHING ELSE! It's trucks just trying to do our job and we're got this shipping guy making things worse.never go back! Ever!
They need to change this policy.
”count the skids while loading”
This the company that make driver to count the skids while loading.
No other company allow drivers in to the shipping docks.
But really don’t like to go in and stand on their shipping dock and count the skids.
It’s scare me lot.
First time I when here I can't say bad things about this place like other reviews on here 1. I broke down while they were loading me and could not get it fix that nite 2. They allowed me to stay at the dock loaded until morning that's when the mechanic can and fix my truck if I had my tools with me I wouldn't have stay the nite but shiet happens. With that said great people very understanding of my situation that day.
Ok to load, dont get caught at the end of shift, scale is closed but they do allow you to park overnight
Been here since 11am.appt time 1pm.finally loaded at 545pm.overweight.now have to be reworked.very slow.wont pay detention pay.
Avoid IBS facility. The worst place to pick up the load. People in the office super rude, unprofessional and vulgar, including manager.
2 severely fat hermaphrodites at the gate don't have any education and treat drivers like dogs
Totally agree with other negative reviews. Loading two hours. Just want to add my penny, if you like to stay in hot warehouse and smell burned rubber, that this is right place for you!
And one more thing, this load is multi stops, was trying to make a checklist on the stops with shipping office, they told me don't worry everything will be fine, it's not the first time for us and ignored my request!
Definitely will keep this post updated about deliveries.
I've worked here for more than 5 years. This one site includes a little less than 10 plants (I do not want to be too specific). Each plant has its own culture, yet pertains to some similarities where one of which being the old school Taiwanese culture. This workplace is just like many others - not perfect. But to point out the good aspects: The people are really nice, very stable jobs, and the insurance is not bad (overall bottomline but the package covers many basics). My former boss was Albert S, he had been extremely respectful, caring and encouraging, I'd rate his management 10 out of 10.
I want to alert you though, due to cultural difference, you may find some certain people rude and lack of respect. I would recommend you be tolerant, and avoid being agitated. Just keep your cool and let them learn from you.
Workers are good nice and sincere and feel bad about the delay, but nothing in their hands.
All blame is on management because the way the system is design on printing the paperwork. After loading is complete, the clerk has to manually key every pallet in the system, then print the BOL. Handy scanner would save drivers thousands of hours
JAMES AT SHIPPER HIS GOOD FOR NOTHING GIVES HARD TIME TO DRIVER FOR GETTING LOADING JAMES YOU BETTER FIND OTHER JOB! LIKE CLEANING BATROOMS MAYBE YOU CAN DO BETTER
Cannot for the life of me understand how they remain in business when it is so hard to even get a dedicated salesperson on the line to place an order. Three weeks and still waiting to find the right individual to help me. Contacted their plants and get directed to corporate offices to only get more misinformation.
