Times on website wrong. Came a long way and showroom closed, with a note saying “appointment only” taped to the door.

Second time I've been there and each experience gets worse. Jordan is beyond rude and pretends not see you.once you ask for help, she's annoyed even further. I had to start name dropping clients of her and let her know I'm an actual client, before she would even consider getting out of her chair. Don't do customer service if you are annoyed by customers walking in for service. I'll be sure to let my specific company know that we won't be using them any longer.

Bad place don't buy waited 2.5 hrs for them to tell me they out of stock of the tile I bought. Wait time to get loaded is 1hr. Bad service.

People are lazy here one hour waiting for a bag of grout and i am not the only one waiting there are people waiting for 2 hours my advise do not bring your business here find some one else to appreciate you as a customer

Worst wait time on the planet. Sometimes it takes 4 hours, sometimes 3 hours, sometimes 1 hour to pick up your order. And it takes a month for your tile order to come in.

Great company to work with nothing but good things I can say about the people and the company it’s self

It never fails, every time I come here I bring my lunch. With all due respect I think this place should just shut down. You have to wait hours just to get your load. Seems like they don't care about the people here, Warehouse personnel just around doing nothing.

They take tooooooooo long for pick up orders. Staff at the warehouse are in very slow pace

Really nice store and they have a lot of nice materials but the customer service is bad no body come to you to see if you need something they treat you like a stranger añso they took a lot of time

This place is a joke. Awful customer service specially the warehouse. You wait outside they just pass by and they don't even stop to say have been help. You would have to tell them excuse me would you please help. Theres no customer service. I would not recommend this place.

Jordan helped me pick out some samples for some projects I am working on. They have quality stuff! Help me pick the best one! I like the grey. The white looks really elegant.the one on the left matches best. Decisions!

Very helpful staff. Took a little while to pull my order but that's because it was 4 different tiles with trims, deco pieces and bullnose pieces. It was too much weight for the bed of my truck so they helped me load the cab as well and got me on my way. Future project materials will definitely be ordered from here.

I run a company MIB remodeling. Angela, Deanna, all the counter folks, loaders and design center at interceramic always try to make sure they take care of their customers and the clients that enter to select product. Granted it is not perfect but their intentions are always to help and make it as easy as possible for you. They are better than most. Thanks for always helping.

The women in the showroom are not very friendly and they do not greet you when you enter. The staff in the ordering Department are very helpful if not for them I would have given them less Stars
