Could definitely be better. Alot of times when I call, no one is available! Have to leave a message and there isn't a quick turnaround after a message is left. Again, strive to do better for those needing help! They are particular towards others as well! Some receive a generous amount of foods while others do not! I am single, struggling and I receive more food as a single individual from other food pantries than here! They choose to skimp because you're single and they take their time because your single and that's not fair! Treat everyone the same, with the same courtesy! Families are the ones most catered too as it is, leaving the singles to suffer and fend for self! The way it is setup in this city/state isn't the best. Just because someone is single, that doesn't mean they do not need or aren't having it hard!

Interfaiths' values and mission are something that can be felt and seen. Everyone I've been in contact with has been so kind and helpful. They've been a great help during our time in need, and we are grateful for their upliftment in our community.

Thank you to all who contribute to Interfaith, seen or behind the scenes. Your kindness and service are the gifts of giving that truly make the world go round?

One of the more corrupt places in The Woodlands, Tx. Their CEO lives in a million dollar home, does nothing but appear to care, and otherwise politically bans people from the building, and it’s food bank as God was known as having said “feed the poor and the needy, except those people you don’t like ban them from the property for political reasons. ” Oh yeah, she also claims to have given people in need hotels for 10 days but when I went I got 7, and other people report the same. One wonders what she’s doing with those other 3 days and how she benefits from it. The hotel she does this deal with is the days inn on I-45. This CEO of Interfaith is very sketchy and not to be trusted.

Desare has a great heart and will definitely will make a great social worker! She listens, non-judgmental, her office smells so good, she is honest and doesn’t give you false hopes! You are loved Desare. Sorry about the misspelling of your name!

My baby and I are in a bad position due to DV. I tried to ask for assistance with the hotel voucher program just to have peaceful shelter for me and my 4 month old for the next week. All we needed was a week in order to transition into the home that was taking us in. Most shelters are aweful and really not a good place for small babies.
Anyways, interfaith found every way to deny us despite us meeting qualifications. No one tried for us there, only wanted to discover holes to deny us. They gave us a gas card and a little food and for that I am grateful. Me and my baby are in a shelter and it has been a terrible experience. I just wish organizations would not judge and figure out how to really help those who walk in their door.

My wife and I were in need of a place to stay for a week until we got our apt, and they gave us a full complimentary week at Days Inn in Shenandoah, TX. And also gave us a weeks worth of food, if any of yall are in a tight situation and need a place to go, this is it folks. 10 out of 10
