No one knows anything pertaining to the 1023-EZ, yet they work there.each time my mom called they were rude. It took everything in me to keep from grabbing the phone as I listened to them talk to her and waste our time. No matter what question, they just expect you to figure out the answers. No one could even explain the difference between a corporation and other organizations/ companies. We didn't know the answer.but they work there.what in the world! Their response to every question was "we can't help you with that. I am the person you should speak with.but I don't know that either. I am not suppose to help you with". My question is. What DO you do?

When filling out your next w-2 on line 4C write exempt to stop paying federal taxes and having to deal with trying to get your money back from this unlawful, unconstitutional entity

I have been trying to get a transcript for over three months to file my taxes. Normally, I could get the transcript only by logging into my account. For some reason, that option is no longer available. I wanted to go wait in line for IRS - but now, you have to call in wait for hours and hope the phone does not disconnect.and you have to call over and over. I question is why is there not an online option to schedule an appointment - since it is so hard to get thru. The drivers license office, military ID section, etc.all have online options to schedule an appointment. Is the IRS trying to ensure returns are late?

Irs is a joke won't answered the phone hang up on you. Been calling for a year never answered and owe me money from last year still

I waited yesterday more than 45 minutes to speak to a representative. When she picked up the line, she directly closed it while I was talking. This is rude and disrespectful.

It is my personal opinion that everyone who works at or for the IRS is going STRAIGHT to hell w/gasoline draws on. Do not pass GO, donot collect $200 for the exception of this one caucasian lady who surreptitiously provided me with hints/clues as to how to be forgiven of debt owed & it worked. She'll get in the pearly gates, but everyone else is doomed.

Can’t get in contact to make an appointment, looks like most people have the same issue. I’m going to walk in there and if they don’t take me I’ll post another review.

I can be working my dream job making more money right now, The only problem that stands in my way is the IRS & Lack of transportation I filed Feb 2nd it's now June 9th I need transportation and I could pay for my own transportation once they release my funds instead of acting like it's being processed, I find it odd that my filing status has been the same for 5 months now & how they can take money out my checks fast but can't release my funds FAST, fix it Because I shouldn't have to apply for loans or anything If I have funds already. Fix It somebody get up & actually do some work like US hardworking people AMERICA IS FALLING BEHIND!
