Purchase a real nice pool table from here 2 years ago. Service was great and very professional during install. Fast forward to now, I recently sold my home and needed the pool table broken down and disassembled. Contacted International Billiards to see if they can come out and disassembled the pool table for me and they said yes. What a relief because I did not know how I was going to break down the pool table and it was on the 2nd floor. But they came out and did it for me. Really appreciate the timeliness and professionalism of the crew. Thanks!

I bought a 22’ regulation shuffleboard table that the board was warped Kim worked with me on getting a new board from the manufacturer they installed this weekend. I couldn’t be happier

I had International Billiards unload, install and felt my pool table. Alberto took great care every step of the way. It was like watching an artist at work. He never stopped moving for about 3 and a half hours. In the end the table was perfectly placed, leveled and ready to play. Couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. I worked with Kim to get everything arranged and she was courteous and helpful every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them.

I visited the new Katy Freeway location for the first time last week. And though it did not have the charm and nostalgia of the Washington location, it was the same warm and personal service.

Jog went perfectly! Picked up our disassembled pool table and travel with it to our home out in the country. They put it together and it is absolutely beautiful. The guys did an amazing job! Have worked with this company for years.

I just purchased a table from Kim on 08-27-2022. I was looking for a recreational table for my new house. She was super helpful during the process. She gave me all my options. At no point did I feel I was being pressured. She listened to everything I had to say and recommended a table based on my needs. Worked with Grady from the phone call before coming in, all the way through to the buying process. He was very approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I had quite a few questions and they were answered thoroughly and without being rushed. The shop itself is open, has good music, and is well kept. I’ll def be back for my accessories and maintenance when needed. Highly recommend.

Went to International Billiards to learn about pool tables before purchasing one for our family. The ladies there were professional, honest and very helpful. Definitely wasn't trying to sell but more educating you about the product, what suits your family and the space. We ended up buying a pool table, tennis table and foosball table. Too bad the foosball didn't fit, they took it back without any hesitation and mailed me a check. Highly recommended and love that it's a family owned business.

A wonderland if you are into billiards. The man inside was friendly and full of great information as I riddled him with questions. (I just swung in because a long train was rolling across the road I was trying to go down.) They also had shuffleboard options, darts, and a rad digital pinball machine that offered something like 100 games on one machine. I played it and it felt realistic. Would've bought it if my kids were younger and still bringing groups of friends over more often.

Our business recently purchased shuffleboard and foosball from International Billiards. Eliza, her Brother and their staff were so accommodating and willing to patiently answer questions, it was truly an amazing experience all the way around.
Delivery was actually a day earlier than expected and was clean and professional.

We are planning to purchase more in the near future and it will definitely be from this location.

Great local place to buy your pool stuff. I love that it’s local and not some big national furniture type store. Grady took real good care of us. We’ll definitely be back! I love the history of the store. You can’t beat being on Washington avenue

Living outside of Houston I literally purchased my pool table over the phone. Kim helped every step - sent photos, special-ordered the felt I wanted, and arranged prompt last minute delivery over the Thanksgiving holiday - less than a week start to finish. I had looked at similar tables from other stores but International Billiards is the best value for cost, service, and quality. Recommend 100%!

Recently had a soft clear kamui tip put on my OB carbon fiber shaft. Grady did an excellent job shaping and getting side of tip perfectly down to the ferrule. I highly recommend his work

Kim and the team are awesome. They helped me get set up in my new home and were a delight to deal with. They are responsive and attentive. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my billiard needs in the whole city!

Al built my wife and I a custom pool table back in 1992. We have loved it all these years, having International Billiards move it twice since then for us. Kim has always been there for us providing excellent, friendly service! We recently purchased a customized Champion shuffleboard table (they built a three-piece table top on it for us) and a California House bumper pool/poker table combo from Eliza. We are very pleased with our new pieces! They look wonderful and serve as a way to keep our kids coming back to see us! We would never go any place else for our game room needs! - Ken
