STAY AWAY FROM IRC, AVOID CINDY UMANA AT ALL COST. I have never written a one-star review, but my experience with CINDY UMANA has been the worst. My wife's family has attempted to receive a refund since March 2022 for an application (IR-118430) that failed to process due to border restrictions, but CINDY UMANA continues to provide no help in the refund process. After reaching out to her to gain clarity on the situation CINDY UMANA blocked my number and cut all communication with me and my wife's family. It's been more than a year and we're still attempting to get our money for an application that never processed. I have never worked with a more UNPROFESSIONAL organization. AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION AT ALL COST AND AVOID WORKING WITH CINDY UMANA, SHE WILL STOP RESPONDING AND WILL BLOCK YOUR PHONE NUMBER.

There is no service on this even the workers they didn't know what the customer help I thought to those plz reassign the workers and their jobs
