Interskate Roller Rink, Lewisville TX

So.we like the place fine.but today we went in and it was freezing! I mean wearing my coat.nose running.hands like ice cold! I asked a worker and he said they dont turn heat on during the non busy times and offered no apology! So. I paid the same amount and dont get heat because its not a busy time? Wow is all I have to say. We left early because we were so miserable from the cold.

Very nice, separate Rink for beginners or practicing experts! Skate shop to buy new skates in a separate building. Definitely would recommend to others and even revisit.

It has that old-timey charm! Great music and lighting! They handle Covid really well. You will get your temperature checked at the entrance.

There was a customer that had caused problems here before in the building. He was drunk and unruly. He knocked all our food on the floor because one of the children accidently for pizza on his hoodie. Things almost came to blows. He should not be allowed in a atmosphere where there are families if he's been drinking. This made my experience bad.

Prices are good my daughter loved it but although the staff was rude and obnoxious when I pointed out that I had bought a light-up watch bracelet for my daughter that the price on one box was for $3 in the same watches were in another container for a dollar they argued with me it made me very stressed and aggravated to have to sit here and argue with someone about a measly $2 that was simply their fault as a customer I should have not have been treated like that really ruined my experience I drove from Garland which was about 40 minutes distance but was happy that my daughter had fun they need to train their staff be not rude and I'm noxious with the customers and just accept the fact that it was their mess up that the prices were wrong instead of me standing there feeling like I was taking advantage and they didn't have no understanding about that fact. When I then tried to take a picture of it the guy then grabbed the container and ran to the back with it. I was like wow I can't even believe this is even happening. I don't know if I would ever come back to this place because of it but just letting everybody know

Luther, you got dam near da best skating rink in texas. I remember my first time going and i did not want to leave. Once u touch that quarter mil floor there aint no such thing as another skating rink.

Manager was really rude I request a skate trainer for my daughter who is 8 and they said she is to tall. I explained that she is learning and she said sorry she needs to learn we don't have. Last time I come to this place.

Management ruined our visit. My 2 kids and I have food allergies and cannot eat any of the food at the snack bar. This is not a personal choice, it's a medical issue. Usually when we go on all day outings, we just bring our own food. The manager came up to us while were eating to tell us to throw our food away. I explained the situation and she said "I understand you have food allergies but the snack bar is FOR PROFIT. (Exact words) Next time eat before or after. ". Clearly you do not understand food allergies or having small children for that matter. If we cannot eat any of your food, then we can't come here. Bringing our own made it possible for my family to visit this rink, but the manager made us feel so unwelcome here. So congratulations! You were so determined to make a few bucks on snack food, that you shamed us and lost a family of repeat customers. Your intolerance was sickening. Also, after noticing how many squished cockroaches are around this place, I wouldn't suggest anyone eat here, food allergies or not.

Really fun place to go with the groupon, otherwise I would not recommend. Circulation is poor, bring water and prepare for some sweatiness in summer months

Food offered. Not a bad place for young birthday parties. Had the slight smell of rental shoes.

I got a great deal on starter skates, wish the trial floor was better but it is nice to have area to roll around on and bs just an aisle like most stores

Took my young teen and her friends to Interskate for summer open skate. The staff was friendly, but in a Philly way - if you know what I mean. Their patrons are kids, probably rowdy kids, more often than not. The staff was polite but succinct. You are expected to follow the rules and not waste their time. Our kiddos had a good time.

This is the WORST prejudice place everr! They only play white, pop & rock music! Unorganized, parents skate on the floor with strollers VERY UNSAFE FOR A CHILD. No splitting the session up, kids only skate or 17yrs and older skate. This place need to be shut down!

Really fun place to take the kids any day of the week especially during summer break. They’re open longer on the week days than most other skating rinks. There is a main rink and another smaller rink for those learning or too afraid to jump into the deep end with more advanced skaters. My nieces had a really good time. They loved the lights out after a certain time because they said you could see their skates glow even better. LOL Fun times. Would definitely return.

Good music. Womens Bathroom was filthy, Only one stall was even decent enough to go in. Overall experience was OK though.

Terrible customer service. Wont let my son rent the device to help him skate because he's an inch to tall. Said he might break it. Isn't that why we pay $5 for them for the wear and tear and shouldnt u have taller ones for the kids that are tall? Ridiculous. Wont be bring my family back here because they dont care about he's safety but more about there bottom line.

Went to taco bell.got banned! ‍️ i wanted actual food not microwaved pretzels and year old cheese on my nachos.oops

This place is very fun, something to do for a low price, it gives you good exercise, and it gives you lessons on saturday if you dont know how to skate.

My sons and I were there from about 10 till about noon today. There were only a few other families there, which was nice. The guy who helped us with our skate rentals was so friendly and patient. When we couldn't find a size on one of my kids' shoes, he guessed the right size on the first try! We will definitely be going back!

It was a fun overall experience, the staff were friendly and fun. A couple of the more skilled/faster skaters were bumping/spooking the other skaters but that cant really be controlled by staff that easily. It was an overall good trip and we'll definitely be coming again!
