Got lucky. My old battery had 4 1/2 months left on the warranty but it sounded like it was going to leave me stranded 3 times in the last couple of weeks. Thought I'd try Interstate this time. Two sources I really trust had recommended them. Interstates tech tested my battery and confirmed it was getting weak. He asked me if I was sure I wanted to give up my AutoZone warranty and replace it with one of theirs. That kind of impressed me. I did the math. Forfeited less than $7 of the prorated Auto Zone warranty and decided to go with the Interstate battery. They quickly replaced it cleaning the cable terminals at no extra charge. First time I started the car it caught me by surprise at how much faster that starter spun and the engine fired. I'm a happy camper!

This place did great! I needed a battery fast. They had a used one in stock that was like new and installed it while I sat in my car. Great service even when I arrived 5 minutes before they close. Definitely on my list of places to return.

I took a dead deep cell battery there for disposal. I asked them to try to recharge in a last ditch effort. They hooked it up to their charger for a full day and brought it back to life. Great customer service by Terrell. Highly recommend this place

Okay 4 stars for great clean facility with quick service but the batteries they sell are a 3 star due to my experience of returning so far 3 batteries. I purchased one of the most expensive batteries 7yr warr but they have only lasted 12 to 18 months at the most. Short life batteries had been my experience but once again 4 stars for service after the sale as they replace it quickly & I'll back moving.

Raleigh and Brett took care of me when when i needed a battery ASAP. Raliegh was professional and efficient. He made it a point to take care if me as a veteran and did. I was in and out in under 15minutes. BRETT explained everything I needed to know while also assisting in r memoving my battery.
