Clint expediously handled a malfunction battery problem i was having with 2 of their vendors; he clearly understood my frustration going back & forth; coordinated the proper spec & got me the correct Interstate Battery that NTB did not resolve once brought to their attention.i am still waiting to see what they intend to do. Bought a battery 12-3-13. Been a year since I've been to this store. Boy, what a severe downgrade of customer service. Took almost an hour to make my purchase. Thankfully, one of the old school battery guys new his stuff, otherwise I might still be there. Too bad. A year ago I was blown away by the knowledge of the front desk staff and their professionalism. Management changed, or what?
