InTown Suites Extended Stay Houston TX - Stuebner Airline Road

I am only getting on here to warn others of my beyond terrible experience.
First of all the price isn't as advertised, it was $290 for a week roughly.

Secondly, I counted (you don't have to believe me) 25+ roaches in my room in 2 days. I'm not exaggerating in the slightest.

Thirdly, non-refundable (of course). Today I just decided to cut my losses and leave.
Drug dealers, accidents in the parking lot, should I go on?

This place is horrible, roaches everywhere, we got there on Monday and because we did not accept housekeeping on Wednesday, my daughter was forced to be outside as they did an “inspection” of the room. Less than in 12 hours of checking in the toilet stop working and maintenance never came to fix it. The key stop working and instead of giving us a new one they made my daughter go thru the ac unit hole because the maintenance guy said he was too fat to go through (his words not mines), and the manager was very nonchalant. They claimed no pets but every time we went outside you seen a few dogs.

I’m not the one to be a complainer I go with what is given but this review is for people who are weak at heart at germs and bugs. So on that note…
1) Smell of weed every day and every night
2) Expect both your sink and tub to be stopped up.the maintenance does not come upon frequent request. I went and bought gel Drano just for it to be decent but it’s so backed up Lord knows when it was clean out prior to my arrival
3) If you’re not looking at a cockroach when you walk around the room on the wall looking at you, it’s probably already in the sheets getting ready to sleep next to you
4) Drug deals throughout the night. I found a bag of crack at the bottom of the stairwell.

Room had bed bugs coming out of the floor baseboards. When we reported it they told us we had to check out. DIDNT MOVE US TO ANOTHER ROOM BUT TOLD US WE CAN GO. Horrible and disgusting place! Roaches and bed bugs are crawling through the walls on this place. DO NOT STAY HERE

Chose to stay here due to it being the cheapest extended stay location and I’m regretting going the cheaper route because it’s disgusting! Literally looks like it was converted from a trap house to a “motel room”. The room I’m in is sooooo outdated and it has a weird smell. I definitely will not be sitting on the loveseat. I literally had to spray the room down in glade air freshener. 10 minutes after paying for room, I killed 4 roaches, there was a hair in the toilet, tub was not cleaned thoroughly, cigarette burns EVERYWHERE, && I am pretty sure I can’t get refunded for my remaining days, so when the week is up I’ll pay extra and go elsewhere. Considering most extended stay motels are expensive, if you kind of have to stay here and cannot afford to pay extra I’ll say this: Make sure you bring some raid, bring/buy house shoes (I would not recommend touching any part of the floor with your bare feet), buy shower shoes, don’t leave any open food out, keep your bags closed (roaches), wipe the room down, and wash the blankets if you can before sleeping on them. I thought I was safe because they claim their rooms are updated and some of these reviews are some months old but nope… as of May 6th 2022 it’s still SO SO SO DISGUSTING! Only good thing is they have is cable. If you can pay extra please find somewhere nicer and cleaner?

Roaches! Walked in / walked out, don’t wast your time. Snd they refuse to refund the money for the week, scam artist chain.

Lived twice here 2021 and 2022. Took two full beds both mattress are bad not able to sleep but no management person ever resolves a complain.rooms full of roaches bad smell. I asked Eric and never there to help anyone on any house keeping matter. No once during my stay there was another clean better room available. The attitude is worst like we are living for free. 2021 I talked to management at head office and they did not take any action to resolve my complain. This time TV screen was blur they were not able to fix it after a week of complaining. I travel to work all over texas n always staying at long stay places but this is worst. Service? Location always located near a hood or low life's.

Manager was totally unprofessional. I came all the way from Los Angeles California to Houston, booked for a months stay to be with my Dad whom has an aneurysm only to be left outside in the rain because I arrive 5 minutes before closing.
He was still in the office and didn't want to stay 15 to check me in.
I made new reservations with the motel after locating a hotel for the night, only for him to cancel again at 11: 00 am with all my luggage.
I spent $84.98 on large Ubers to go back and forth.
This location is horrible for any with morals, class & professionalism.

Prior to this incident room service was offered I told her I was fine then a couple hours later, another knock followed. I was randomly told by the office manager that they had to do a safety inspection (aside stood a random guy and the cleaning lady) so I was forced to stand outside my door with my bare-footed daughter till they were done the door shuts then they open it to me seeing them staying in place looking around supposedly doing something important. I grew quickly impatient in disbelief DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! How uncomfortable!

Can I get a refund? It wasn’t good at all too many bugs and floor was nasty, and bed was so uncomfortable

Stayed here for over a year. My microwave broke the 2nd day. And the day we moved out was still broke. The inspect your room all the time. They want there money right when it's due or get out. Another example of a business who expects everyone else to follow all the rules. But if the tables are turned and you need them to fix something. I paid 241.99 a week for 13 months. I paid them over 14000 dollars. They are ripping people off bad. Crazy how bad everyone takes advantage of the less fortunate.

They don't give you towels they don't give you soap they don't basically give you anything the only thing they want is your payment and it's a guy that's in the front and he talk loud and and he look like you mean and have an attitude and I do not like that this place was very disappointing

Quite, close stores restaurants, bus stops. Except for the leaking tub it's a nice place. I Belgrave I'll stay another week.

I love how quiet it is here. All of the staff are awesome and nice. It deserves 5 stars for professionalism and quietness in my opinion

Quiet nice staff its really peaceful.cant give that many stars cause the roaches will take you out.they are my only issue

BED BUGS. When I called the manager to show him the bed bugs I killed that were crawling on me and plus the bug bites, he said it was my fault and I brought them in myself ha. Disgusting.
