Went to Invicta in San Antonio after realizing San Marcos location closed and was assisted by the new manager Miranda and Savana extremely helpful and kind ladies

Happy (the manager), was the most helpful and kind person. She helped me exchange my watch for a different one and helped resize my things very quickly.

Came to this location because New Braunfels was closed. The lady with the Spanish accent was very rude and pushy. When I asked her for help she ignored me and went for a gentleman that walked in asking him to take her out, Unprofessional. I don't know what's your company policy but it's wrong in all levels. Asked the tall gentleman across the room for help, he was busy vaping. I didn't get help from him either. While I was walking out a young lady with glasses walked in, told me about the promotions in store, she was very patient and was very helpful getting me the watch I wanted. Hopefully when I come back, I'm greeted by the same young lady that helped me. Changed my day.

I went in to have my watch resized lady on the floor was very rude, her demeanor was very hostile. I felt extremely unwelcome.

Don't know who's in charge of this store but the manger was a bit rude when I went in to get my watch adjusted. She just seemed like we were bothering her? ! I dropped of my watch she didn't measure my wrist or anything else!? She told me come back Tomorrow so I showed up at noon and the store was closed?
Whoever is in charge of the store your manager isn't happy helping customers!

Beware. Do not trust this Invicta location. I was scammed. Usually I don’t take the time or energy to post a negative review. This is not to bash or tear down, this is a genuine whole hearted watch out! It’s possible that not all people at this store are sketchy, 3 of the 4 people I’ve met here are. While in line to resolve my watch issue I saw a sales person try and charge someone $700.00, when their total was actually $300.00. It was justified by a “thank you for catching that. Must have scanned the wrong watch, whoops sorry. Let me correct that. ” Mistakes happen I’m fully aware, I wouldn’t have taken a second thought of this “whoops” but in lue of my watch situation. It’s worth noting. I purchased a watch for my husband and thus it begins. It was a Buy one get one free deal. I was told multiple times I would be able to return the watches as long as I didn’t adjust or size the watch bands. I asked three or four times about returns. My husband is a selective styled individual. The sales person reassured me over and over again, don’t worry you can always return it if he doesn’t like it. To my luck.he didn’t like the style of watch. So my husband and I went back into the store, the person I purchased them from was there! Yippee I had made a friend in purchase. So I was thrilled they happened to be there when I would return. But I was mistaken. No returns. This person looked me dead in the eyes and said “no we don’t do returns, we can only so exchanges. ” Looking all over the store my husband didn’t see anything he liked. So we went home looked online and still he couldn’t find a piece he liked. Now stuck with two watches and negative about 200 bucks. Money being tight I tried my luck with someone else. Going back into the store at North Star Mall. Again same story no returns. I explained we couldn’t find anything. Explained we tried and needed our money back. I explained the promises of returns. No budge. Although the second person I worked with did apologize for the purchase sales person. Second rep said first rep is fully aware of the policy and would be talked to. Talked to in order to clear up “any miscommunications. ” But this wasn’t a miscommunication, it was a flat out lie. Seeing I can’t do anything else, and feeling scammed I settled for store credit. After 30 minutes of waiting patiently for others to be served I stood back and watched. What I saw explained even further the deception. I saw the $700.00/$300.00 whoops. I saw them scan in another costumer charging them $65.00 over what they just finished telling them their store credit would completely cover. Then it was my time to get store credit. And guess what? My watch serial number did not match my receipt code. So the kind second sales person made calls. Tried and tried again. After about 45 minutes of standing there I thought hmmmmm this feels off. Let me check the codes. Why wouldn’t this be a simple scan… plastic card… and go! Well it turns out the watch I was holding, the watch my husband didn’t like, the watch I thought I purchased, was on sale for $99.99. The watch that was scanned and I thought I was purchasing was $204.59. It was another “whoops” at checkout they scanned the wrong tag. Their system wouldn’t allow the store credit because they would have to give money and not have the right watch in inventory. I can’t believe they sold me a $99.99 watch for $204.59. Be on guard with this store and please be careful. In conclusion I’m thankful for the second person who did try and fix things. Thank you for giving me the store credit for the $204.59 I spent. I’m shocked that this store does business this way. Please be careful shoppers.
