The WHOLE staff is the best! Which is rare and a blessing. Greeted every time we come in and always feel welcomed. So thankful for discovering Invictus. I’ve seen so much improvement in speech, walking/stance and sensory for my daughter. We love Dr. Anna and Dr. Jordan we feel heard. They find the root cause of things and take action. They both are super patient and make our daughter laugh and smile. She looks forward to coming here every time.

The entire staff is very polite, accommodating, professional and treat everyone like a family member.

Well that was the good times. Staff regularly turns over in the office and this led to mine and my husband's care being disregarded. While the adjustments are good, the changes that have happened mean that the total care is lacking. This is no follow through and follow-up. When asked for a recommendation for my husband because his schedule didn't fit in the limited hours that the place is open, they ignored my husband's request. When I said please cancel my account, they continued to bill my account eventhough they said they would stop the upcoming charge.

For several years I had reoccurring problems with carpal tunnel. Usually after a few days it would be better. After awhile my carpal tunnel hurt constantly. I went back over my research and decided that if at all possible I did not want to have surgery for this. I decided that I would first try a chiropractor. Dr Carrol came highly recommended. In no time at all he had my carpal tunnel under control. On occasion he needs to perform his magic again and within one treatment it is once again better. I continue going in on a bimonthly basis as I saw so many benefits of doing so. I now have fewer illnesses, I move better, I stand more upright, and I feel like a younger self. Dr Carrol is truly amazing. No matter what type of problems you are having, I am sure he will be able to help improve your condition. I can’t say enough good things about him

I like that they make feel comfortable and cared for since the first visit. I would definitely recommend friends and family to come in and get adjusted. The care and treatment they have for each individual person is amazing, I came in to get treated for pain on my lower back due to to a car accident I was involved in, then got treated for my pregnancy and after care for the pregnancy. It’s definitely a place to come.

I used Invictus during pregnancy with a focus on the Webster method and have continued care with postpartum. The doctors are knowledgeable and personable. Both have a really great bedside manner. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well. Invictus started by taking great care of me and now my infant is receiving that great care.

Dr. Jordan has an alternative approach and is awesome, all of the staff are friendly and courteous. Mrs. Jojo has the warmest manner… and very easy on the eyes might I say! The Joint Chiropractor is a thing of the past!
