Trevon was great and super helpful! He walked throughout the house with us to for orientation. He answered all of our questions! He was very knowledgeable! He gave us a complete rundown of what’s expected and what is covered by invitation homes.
He made this a very pleasant experience!

Trevon did our move in orientation. He was great! Very friendly and easy to talk to. He knew the answer to most of our questions, and the ones he didn’t know, he told us how to find the answers. He put more notes on his inspection than we did, which is good to know that he is taking this seriously. No complaints!

I was looking to move to Katy Texas, and I put in applications for a house to rent, not one phone call just got three messages, the agent was Victoria Mondragon. The vibe I got from her was cold and robot like, she dident show any interest at all, my application was denied right away, like it was automated and no human saw it. Guess I can try a different Realter company who more friendlier and receptive.

Trevon has been wonderful in our maintenance needs. We had a leak under our sink, and he has come out to fix it with such a positive attitude, professionalism, and always gives a heads up of how long he’s going to be. I appreciate his diligence in resolving the issue, and his work ethic in wanting to make sure the job is completed.

I rented a property through Invitation homes that turned out to be a nightmare. Where do I begin I rented for 2 years, some may ask why so long? Well as a pre transplant patient moving around is more than a task. I would place service orders that would seem impossible to get resolved. Upon moving out I had the home cleaned and there was small things that may need to be done to get the home back in order but to my surprise I received a Bill in the mail in the amount of 3300? I’m not sure what the heck these folks think I’m made of sure isn’t money. There is an itemize statement which included things like light bulbs, painting, hauling away the appliances, air filters new cabinets, toilet seat covers which by the way were brand new. I even have to pay for all new appliances which includes disposal the had already changed out.were in working order except the disposal side of the sink was clogged. These people are crooks. I urge you to find another company and think twice before dealing with them. Highly disappointed

Mark Savage and Don Jackson did my walk through orientation and were both great! Very friendly and professional, took pictures and had inventory of the house done before I arrived. Thank you!

PROS: Courtnie is AMAZING! She is quick to reply through email and is very knowledgeable. She has been able to solve concerns that I have very quickly and I appreciate her professionalism which is so hard to find nowadays.

CONS: I would also like to call this section "Areas of opportunity" (cons sounds so bad) Maintenance is my only complaint. It is no reflection on this location as Maintenance or service request are handled at the national level and at times are contracted out. Not all of the Maintenance guys do a good job and we sometimes have to request same service requests multiple times.

They are con artists! DO NOT rent or lease from this company. When we moved in and did the "walk through", we notated various issues (ie.the handle on the oven was broken, which they never fixed in 2 years and then proceeded to charge me for it when I moved out.) I spent $400 on professional carpet/tile cleaning before I moved out and then they charged me an additional $200-300 for their "carpet cleaning". This company is a total joke. The automatic garage door never worked from day 1, if you have a maintenance issue, you would be very lucky if they made it out in a week to 10 days. They charged me for things that the house never had when we moved in. Their "Move Out Statement" is a total joke. They not only took my $1900 security deposit in full, but added an extra $400 in misc.nickel and dime charges on things that the house never had when I moved in. I really want to send this "move out statement" to my lawyers, but it's just not worth my time. Please don't get taken advantage of, like I did.

I hope these aren’t made up reviews with Donald J seems like they are. I hear people renting houses from this company clean them in and out, they take deposits plus charge renters more money. Send them to collection agencies and ruin credit. Please ppl beware take pics when you move out. Have the manager do a walk thru when you move out. If not they will try to charge you. Take them to court and sue them. Have your pics available this company is after money and is VERY cheap. They are not trying to refund deposits to good tenants. So ppl keep your receipts and pics. I heard someone replace carpet and that person still was not given deposit back smh.

Not all of my experiences with Invitations Homes have been pleasant however, every time I have worked with Courtnie Schmidt she has been an absolute pleasure. She is professional, courteous and caring.

Don Jackson and Mark savage both greats guys really help us out with everything, every time Don Jackson comes for a work order he always gives his best and Mark savage was very polite and personable. Great people working for this company!

They are very efficient with identifying and solving all issues. Don Jackson and Mark Savage are some top techs. I highly recommend.
