Absolutely atrocious experience applying to this place. I received a phone call for a phone interview, which I missed but promptly returned the call. The person who had called me (MJ was her name) was not available so I had a "mini" interview with someone else named Kristine Nicholai Cuevas who couldn't seem to find my application or resume and therefore didn't have any of my information. She emailed me a link to reapply, along with a link to install a program to run a system check on my PC and also instructed me to take photos of what will be my workspace and email them back to her. We scheduled a final interview for the following Friday at 10am and. NOTHING. She said she'd give me a call an hour before the interview, but nothing. I called and there was no answer. I emailed her, "MJ", and Jamaea Walker and got ZERO response from any of these people. This was in December 2020 and to this day I still have not received anymore news from these people, not even to let me know that they will no longer be moving forward with my application - which would have been the mature thing to do.

Diverse and fun workplace, with some down to earth, supportive staff members. Comfortable break rooms. The team supervisors are always pushing you to do your best. Flexible scheduling after dedicated timeframe. Easy to use computer software and training material. Downside is the starting pay. However the bonus are great and pay increase was steady. Ive questioned behavior of some of the employee's but it could be the age difference. The location is almost perfect but the lots of homeless people near area is the downside.

Management lost my resume and had me reapply while I was there to interview. After seeing things in person I declined their offer.

It was an okay place to work.the job was simple and scripted so there’s nothing to complain about.

Worst place to work I got sick second week from working there and now I have a extreme horrible cough but if you need money go for it but still find a better option

This company is very unprofessional, I had an interview there yesterday. I circled the block several times trying to locate parking, and could not. So I called the office about four times and received no answer. I even sat the next block over and left a voice message and emailed them twice, I have yet to receive a call back or a response to my emails so unprofessional. I guess that was a sign showing I did not need to be employed there. Ridiculous

Unless you're desperate, I wouldn't recommend working there. You're just on a call center assembly line.

Very Rude Management, lies in their advertisement for job, and a very judgmental staff. I'd never work or do business with them. Won't be a customer to Verizon since they do their insurance claims

This is the most disrespectful establishment I have ever encountered. I've spent days and hours applying for a job and I came across IQor, where they consider themselves an "Staffing Agency". I applied and then received an Email from 'Shimae Manuyag Meridor" to apply for this particular position so she can set up an formal interview and to email her back letting her know that I completed the application. When the next day arrived which is today I received a call from her and I missed the call at 9: 02am and call her back ASAP to only speak with her colleague that advised she was currently busy at the time so her colleague gathered my phone number information and stated that Shimae will call back, To only NEVER receiving the call and an Hour later I received an email stating I'm no longer considered for the position, SO UNPROFESSIONAL for a 'STAFFING AGENCY' to not call me back to try to find a position for me or give me the courtesy I deserved. So I called back to speak Shimae and spoke to her and she said she will try to get me an Interview, Guess the next thing that happened, SHE SENT ANOTHER EMAIL STATING THEY ARE CONSIDERING OTHER CANDIDATES. Keep in mind she didn't try to find anything else for set up and interview. Mind you SHE EMAILED ME. Not sure if she notice I was a WOMAN OF COLOR so decided to give it to someone of not my caliber BUT SOMETHING IS DEFINITELY NOT RIGHT WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

And if you ever see this IQor, Don't call me to try to fix it or offer a job, I'M GOOD LUV, ENJOY! Just know reviews are everything and the people in your company are tarnishing your brand.

Oh boy. Where do I start with THIS company? This company represents everything wrong with working in Houston, TX. They're dishonest, they cheat workers out of pay by not paying overtime (there was a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT levied against this company because of that; I got an email to appear in court, but did not respond), don't have proper protocols, training, methods for dealing with customers and worse of all the people are trashy.

Girls are lesbians there. They flirt with each other and touch each other's butts. They then want to accuse the few males there of leering at them and trying to hit on them. There's drama galore, expected in a ghetto trash heap like Iqor.

There's nothing good about this company at all. I don't even know where to begin with this place, but do not work here. And if you can help it don't work for any other call center in Houston.
