One the best gyms in Lubbock has a really good atmosphere great for powerlifting and strongman highly recommend it to anyone serious about fittness
This is a very unique and special place while it may look ultimately intimidating when you first walk in you’ll find out that it’s actually very welcoming and friendly.

Nice Small bodybuilding style gym. Incredibly affordable. The owner also likes to buy these cool alternate bars/pieces of equipment I havent seen at other places. Things like Duffalo, kabuki, kadillac, and a landmine setup.
Its a true 24 hour gym and during normal business hours you can viait the supplement and equipment shop next door for a variety of supp, equipment, and weirdly enough one of the largest energy drink selections in town. I mean the vensing machin in the gym has stuff ive never seen anywhere else in town.
