If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Me and my family moved here about 2 months ago and we absolutely HATE it! This place is infested with crickets and bugs me and my brother are scared that we may find roaches in the carpet of our bedrooms! There's repairs needed to be done and when my mom tells maintenance to come and fit them, they do absolutely NOTHING and then she gets an email saying "repairs have been fixed. How did they do? " like they actually did something! The walls are thin that you can here the neighbors! It is NEVER quiet! It's loud enough that the adults are walking around upstairs and making noise, but if they have KIDS it's horrid! All me and my 9yr old brother hear is stomping and screaming 24/7. Management claims to be strict and kick anyone out if they are a bother to anyone, but they dont care about you or anyone in that matter! DO NOT I REAPEAT DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I was told about the townhomes from a friend and I was so excited to apply. They scheduled my appointment which I made. It was a Friday. So Wednesday I get a call from Ada/Ava who advised me they didn’t get my application fee and deposit she said the leasing manager watched me put it in my purse and leave. Mind you she watched me do it and the appoint was set for me to complete my info and turn in my fees. So I left work sat in traffic to go turn in my money orders. Soon as I get there Ada/Ava took my application fee and said oh you’ve been denied. My heart drops unclear of how I was denied nevhas I had nothing on my credit good rental history and not to mention they never got my app fee. She gave me a paler to call Share rental to see why I www denied. I spoke with a lady by the name of Yolanda who advised me I had GOOD RENTAL HISTORY WITH NO EVICTIONS and unclear why I was denied. I called the complex back and told them they made a mistake. I’ve had a house and two apartments before this one and never had any issues. The lady states to me the manager denied me and she can’t override it. I asked for corporate information. They provided me with info. I contacted them and advice a lady named Ms. Whitney of the issue I advise I was given a love in date 8/25 and was falsely denied a place to stay and I was denied before they took my application. She took my info and now called me back. I’ve called several times with no call back. This took place 8/02 and I still haven’t heard anything. I was falsely denied by the people I’m the office and I want answers.

Lived here over 10 years the Las 3 they have not opened pool before that we were open every memorial day I just keep getting the run around like the last 3 years and they would not give me the corporate office phone number

Being living here for about 2 years now and so far is being good. Maintenance is slow with repairs and the online portal ticket system is hit or miss. Affordable in this economy compare to other apartments.
