The wifi set up and Windows on my Lenovo laptop were malfunctioning. I took my laptop to Irving Electronics late afternoon and it was ready the next day around noon. Management is well mannered, knowledgeable and professional. Service is excellent and pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Although i respect elderly people and wouldn’t wanna argue or say anything bad about them but this sir working here really didn’t know what he was doing with my laptop. His politeness and friendly behavior makes the customer service look good but when it comes to his work, he is way behind the advanced technology that’s on the market today. He also misplaced 3 screws from my laptop and refused that he did it. I am sure it was him cause it was the only place i had taken my laptop for repair and it was him who opened it. Plus the place is really inappropriate with the timing they have mentioned. Go at your own risk because if anything goes wrong he is gonna blame it on you.

Rude and unprofesional, I came in to get an estimate of a screen replacement on a Lenovo laptop, the owner was very impolite treated me with, disrespectful, by demanding me to give him the model number, instead of utilizing excellent interpersonal skills in asking or suggesting, I address the issue but you did not try to apologize are correct himself. I left the store. Good reviews can be manipulated by the employees!

My laptop needed repair. I came in on a Sunday and picked it up the next day. He fixed it and it works Great! I had something important I needed to take care of and he made sure my laptop was ready and fixed! I got Great service and coming to his shop saved me time and money! I just wanted to express my appreciation for Great help and Great service he provided me! He is knowledgeable and courteous and kind! Thank you very much!

This is just the ideal mom-and-pop shop to go to for hassle free computer and tv repair. Gary and his crew do quality work at a fair price. First, I had them replace a laptop screen and the owner made sure to do his homework so that we got the right part at the best price. Then, I had a charging port that wasn't functioning and he fixed it overnight. That's why this is the only repair service I'll ever use.

Awesome! Went in for my laptop that had a broken screen and was out in 15 minutes. I was expecting to drop and come back on a later date to pick up. Friendly and quick! Price was what I was expecting.

I would not recommend, incorrect diagnosis and charges $40 for diagnosis and others only charge $25. Wasted $40 for the diagnosis and had to take the TV to different shop and got it fixed with proper diagnosis.

Irving Electronics offers great service at affordable rates. Gary really saved my business. I had some graphic issues with my laptop and could not see the desktop. He resolved all the issues with my laptop the same day. I would highly recommend Irving Electronics and will be taking all my computers to him from now on.

Broke a capacitor off of my brand new motherboard while installing another part. The proprietor soldered the replacement part back on, looked like new, PC works great, charged me a pittance. Highly recommended.

I gave my laptop due to charger problem but the battery was replaced and I was dumped totally. When I ask him he was saying I didn't do anything with battery. It was all fraud. Don't believe this place.

This place is awesome! Fair prices! They are true life savers! I stepped on my laptop the night before and cracked my screen. I work from home and needed it for work The next day. Not only were they able to fix it! They fixed it same day, in less than an hour! An they are open on Sundays. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THEM OUT BEFORE YOU GO TO BEST BUY OR FRY’S ELECTRONICS.

1st impression when you walk in, they is no space to even walk or place your items that need repairs. They are TV’s everywhere. It looks like a tornado just landed in that place. The place REEKS of cigarette smoke.
The guy is rude and very unprofessional I did not feel comfortable leaving my laptop with him.
