Super friendly and helpful. Fixed my glasses on the spot fast. Very close to me too which is even better.

Optometry is somewhere between medical and retail. Some optometry offices are more retail - selling you expensive "fashion accessories". This office is more on the medical side - more interested in your eye health and only trying to sell you the glasses that your eyes need to see better. I love that! I am very happy and would recommend them in a minute! The only downside is that the office is old and tired, but I would rather spend money on good quality eye care service than on fancy offices. Well done Dr. Kardatzke and staff!

The Staff
The staff of Irving Eye Care prides itself on being well trained, courteous and professional.
That was a joke, I ended up asking for my license back and walking out and telling them to cancel my appointment. There were 3 of them behind the receptionist desk cutting up. After the fourth or fifth time I heard the "F" bomb dropped I decided this place wasn't for me. If the doctor didn't have a professional staff or doesn't know what is going on, then I don't want someone like that treating my eyes. I don't care how sweet people say he is. Wake up and get new staff.

The staff is RUDE I was talking to the girl and as I kept talking she turned to her coworker and made a face and kept messing around on the computer not paying attention at all so I just stopped talking and left, very unprofessional.

Sorry excuse for a glass clinic. Rude staff, treats everyone like they are beneath them. They act like it's the customers fault they hate their lives. Do not go here.

I bet whoever is giving them 3 stars are paid by those rude ignorant staff that needs to go get a training on customer services.never spend a cent of a nasty place poor reputation and poor customer services I need 0 star for them.

The Doctor is great with my kids and we have been going here for years. The front desk is nonchalant but better than having someone that is rude. Overall, they have good prices and variety for the children. They enjoy going yearly.

The primary doctor is great, you don't need vision insurance, just your regular insurance works for this. He has been in the game for 20 years and is very kind soft spoken. He handles you with care. He works fast like Jimmy johns

The Doctor is great, very warming & chill to talk with. His two younger employees are very nice & helpful, but the older women is always in a bad mood or needs to get out of the medical field. Her bedside manner if you will is very unsatisfactory. I've gone there for the last two years & will continue thanks to the Doctors warm welcome.

Don't go here, it just gives me headaches because first a doctor doesn't come until September 10 and they close at 5: 00 but the doctor stops at 4: 00.

Wow the DR. Is super funny, nice, and informative.wish I found him sooner! The wait is really fas and the assistants are very helpful. I recommend this doctor to anyone!

This doctor is a great Dr unfortunately his staff is trash and unprofessional. The first time I went they didnt even have my appointment correct. Then I call after given a time frame when my kids glasses and contacts were going to be ready they tell me they dont know when they'll be ready so naturally I get upset and they laugh like children when i ask for their names. Too bad because the dr is very kind and professional.

Worst eye care clinic I have ever gone to. Like other people said the doctor is really friendly but his staff is super rude, they seem annoyed on questions you asked them and they don't care on helping you. I really don't recommend this clinic, if you have other options it will be better than going here. Really upset that this type of service is permitted. If I could, I will give them 0 star.

The doctor is amazing his staff are crappy and very unprofessional.but i dont think he's aware of how they. Treat his patients.my daughter had an 8: 30 appointment we were standing outside when the staff arrived she walked in didnt acknowledge us she left us standing outside. Poor customer.service

I've been going here since I was a child. Doctor is very very patient and nice, but the customer service is very poor. No greeting to the customers that come in and they seem as if they do not want to help customers.

Was a little hesitant when choosing this facility by the negative feedback from previous patients, but I didn't have any issue! Staff was busy but still greeted me with a smile. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable about products (they have a variety of glasses in shop). Dr. Bradley was very nice and very knowledgeable.
My personal opinion, this is a great facility!

Office manager has no people skills or communication skills this is the second time i been here I was disappointed the first time. I was giving it one more try after 3 yrs. At least the doctor is good but didn't see him.and receptionist was polite.

Yeah like the people said, the doctor is nice but the staff are very rude. There are some good staff like chris and some other lady, but I hardly get to deal with them. I been coming here for 4 years but still no respect from these people except for the doctor

Stopped going here. The doctor is very sweet and nice but the rest of the staff is so rude. I went in and the first thing they said was that I had bad vision cause of my acne. I couldn't help it I was freaking 13 and I was breaking out. Alright i took it and then again another lady comes and tells me again. This happened five times. I went in again two more times in different occasions. Same thing. Thanks for pointing out something i could help ladies.
