Isla Vista - House By The Lake, Canyon Lake TX

Miriam DeLeon’s short-term rental properties are not welcome in our Canyon Lake neighborhood. We realize that short-term rentals are now legal, but we have been a tranquil community of families for decades, and we will not tolerate anything that disturbs our peaceful lives. We are hopeful that her guests will be quiet and considerate, however, guests at these properties should understand in advance that we will not tolerate loud parties and music, drunks, parked cars clogging our streets, or any other disruptive behavior. Mrs. DeLeon’s guests should also be aware that we will immediately call the Comal County Sheriff if noise ordinances or other laws are violated, and that we will show up at the front door to personally voice our complaints. We have always been a community of friends and neighbors, not transient vacationers. We DO NOT want you here, but if you insist on being here anyway, you must treat our neighborhood with respect.

Lots of LOUD folks, fireworks, etc. Their rockets hit my house numerous times. They promised to stop. However, they just stopped while I stayed in my yard watching them. If it happens again, rest assured, I will call the Sheriff's office to stop them.

Havnt stayed here but worked on the house a couple times. Very nice house and people. Always keeping the place up
