iStorage Self Storage, San Antonio TX

I went to rent a unit today they gave me one price online then when I went to pay the manager Patty wanted to charge me double of what I was quoted online. And then didn't even what to see the online reservation that I did. She was very very rude.

We have only been at this storage unit for less than 2 weeks and it has been a bad experience from the beginning. First off, nobody ever answers the phone. Secondly, When we first arrived there was no employees during business hours and we had to wait half an hour for a lady to
show up. When she finally arrived, it turns out they gave us a confirmation for the wrong unit. She opened someone else’s unit for us, and didn’t know why there was stuff in there already. A couple of days later we come back to get some things from our unit, and the system is down. We can’t get in. I ask the lady inside for assistance, and she tries for a little while but then walks into the building without providing us any alternative solutions or updates on when the problem can be fixed. The employees here have been unprofessional, customer service is unreachable, and we’ve run into inconvenience after inconvenience. We will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Man… Luis is one of the best guy that take his job extremely seriously. I have gone to multiple places to get room for my personal belongings. Because I travel all over the world. I can’t remember when I felt like I was welcome to a place like I was family. I was able to be get my moved in truck and my storage for my things.and he keeps me updated on any questions or issues I encounter.really good guy. Keep him or give him a raise.

In all my years of having to use a storage unit. I have never expected good high quality service from a individual like Luis S. He really took the time to make sure my family had the right size unit for my girls getting out of college. Keeps the office clean and the building clean. Dose not miss a bit. Keep it up.

Well before Mr. Luis Salazar there was Mrs. Sammy and she left of course I still miss her don’t know where she went but I met Mr. Salazar and they both been very nice and have super great customer service skills and Mr. Salazar has gone over and beyond whatever I have needed to try to help me since meeting him these past few months although I have been here a long time while Mrs. Sammy was here and she had super great customer service skills I have to give credit to both of them because they were the super sweetest people that I have met with helping me and my storage needs to the fullest. Great place! I only dislike the fact that you can't access your storage 24/7. I traveled 9 hours and could not get my things when I made it.

I went to rent a storage for my business in firearms they told me I couldn't rent a regular storage I have to rent an office storage so I did I paid the $1,000 for my first month's rent and deposit a little over a thousand actually. I went downtown to get a certificate of occupancy which took me about 2 hours I went to my insurance person to get insurance for the building office I also went to get my signs made and my shirts made that I was going to sell at the office I spent a total of $2,400 plus the $1,000 of rent in one day only to hear back from them that they changed their mind and I couldn't do my business out of the office space.

Called looking for a storage unit and the Manager Sammi was very helpful. Would recommend this Place and the prices were amazing

Very quick and great service! Stephen was such a great help and so very nice I would have really taken what ever price he told me. Very good at his job and only wished there were more like him. The unit fits what I needed perfectly and was clean enough to eat off of.

Have had my unit 3 years now and only stay for Sammie. She is the kindest, hard working compassionate employee. I always tell her if she leaves I will move! Wouldn't ask for ant better customer service

My Son has a spot over there and we needed to expand he told us about how good it has been for them so we called and the management was awesome she answered all my long questions. Sammi made the experience easy and wonderful would recommend it 100%.

The lady in the office is so nice and really did go above and beyond. I made it 10 mins before closing which in a lot of cases people would rush you or turn you away. She didn't. She thoroughly went over everything assigned me a unit and even took the extra time to make sure it was cleaned and ready for me to move in immediately. I highly recommend this place. It is monitored and secure and access is available from 6AM to 10PM which is so convenient!
