Couldn't have been easier, Janelle had all the answers to my questions! Unit is easy to get to, for $50 a month less than what I was paying!

Great place if you want your bill to increase every 2 months, we paid 251 dollars a month for a climate controlled 10X20. The last two months in South East Texas the air-conditioning building did not have air-conditioning. No notification about this issue. We finally move to another company.

Janelle Meyers awesome. I've been here on and off for a couple years and she's the best worker.

Easy access to location, very close to freeway. Madeline made the reservation process fast and seamless.

Very easy to work with, she changed my unit with no questions, took no time to get set up and get my things in!

I storage has resed there rent and
charged there hours to be unreasonable.
10am to 6pm and closed on Sundays.
I've never had a place do that before

DONT RENT HERE IS YOU CAN HELP IT. We have had a storage unit there for 7 yrs. After the 1st year they started raising our rates every year. It was sold last year and we have had nothing but problems from the new management. They immediatly raised everyones rent, and have had several rent hikes since then. We just received a letter today to vacate by the end of the month. There is no decent reason for this. My husband attributes it to an argument with the manager a while back over a copy of our home owners insurance, even though they have a copy in our files and the office had show it to him before. I believe they want us out so they can rent it for more. The person in the office even disagreed with the rate hikes. Before this company took over things were good. We were on auto pay but the office would work with us if we needed to use a different card to pay that month. The people in the office were always helpful, but when this new company took over they said thier hads were tied and couldnt do anything aithout going thru the home office. It got so bad one of the people quit because of the way they did things so I heard from a third party. We have been trying to move to a storage down off of hwy105 where we have 1 storage we can sell out of, but we are on a waiting list for another one. Good Luck and GOD bless
