Never had a bad experience here, and I keep coming back! Farrah for laser is amazing, kind, and professional. I started with laser treatments and had a consultation with Caitlyn, who later did some injectables for me. I was apprehensive at first but Caitlyn exceeded my expectations. I work in a similar cosmetic industry so I can really tell Caitlyn gave me the best customer service possible. I gave her a challenge of balancing my bottom lip with my top since I have an overbite which has gotten more pronounced now that I have braces. She nailed what I wanted perfectly. I can’t stop looking in the mirror! Thank you Caitlyn!

I have been to 3 different places within the last 2 years to get my lip filler, and after finding Caitlyn I stopped searching and will never switch. She’s is extremely nice and always makes sure you are comfortable about what you’re getting and always transparent on pricing. I went in for 1 syringe and she was able to achieve my goal in just. 5. She is truly amazing at what she does and I will send all my friends her way. I recently went to Valerie for some lip injections and Botox touch ups and I could not be happier with the results. Valerie made me feel comfortable and the experience was very quick and easy. If you looking for laser hair removal they have good package deals. I’ve been to several places over the years and this is the first time I’ve seen really amazing results. It finally works! They have the latest machines and smart, professional people. Specially Sara, she is a pro at this. Sara pays attention to detail and takes her time to make sure you get the best results. Make sure to ask for her! Again, been doing this for years but with secret med spa finally saw results.

I have been going to Sarah for over a year now and every time I go see her she exceeds my expectations. My job is being an analyst so I am very detail oriented and it’s hard for me to find an aesthetician that I truly love. Some miss a spot or don’t make me 100% happy but every time I see Sarah I am in awe. She has a great personality, makes sure to give you the treatment as if it is her own as well as thoroughly answered any questions I had. I have seen her for everything from hair laser removal to micro-needling to Hydrafacials and I’m impressed every time!

Never had a bad experience no matter who I go to at Planos location! All the girls are great. And Zara was very helpful my last appointment and just went above and beyond to be intentive and informative!

I’ve been going to the Dallas location, moved and tried Plano. Had an amazing experience with Zara! Super, ridiculously knowledgeable and kind! If you want amazing lip injections from an amazing injector (and super experienced rn btw) then go see her! Usually have swelling, but with the info she gave me I woke up with 0 swelling and fantastic results. I was getting compliments from friends and family all day!

My girlfriend spent 500 for lip injections and was totally scammed, they use fake product, my doctor confirmed they are using black market cheap syringes. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPA or ELLORY LIEN

I’ve gone to see Jenna for Botox and filler quite a few times after she was recommended to me by a friend and I can honestly say she’s the best! I’ve tried a few places in the Dallas area and I’d choose this place over every single one of the others. I tell Jenna what look I’m going for and I walk out happy every time. Five stars all the way.

I love this place! The girls in the front are very friendly! I had Jenna today and she was very patient with all my questions and did an amazing job. Definitely will be coming back and referring people.
