No-pressure sales team, provided info and suggestions, but not pushy, and were always considerate of our budget and preferences. On-time delivery and setup by clean and courteous delivery crew. Very easy and satisfactory buying experience!

We had the pleasure of visiting Ivan Smith Furniture with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we pulled in the parking lot, we noticed a few handicapped parking spaces. We were greeted by a young man who was very professional and confident about his ability to assist us. Mr. Holman was also personable, giving us a little insight about him being from Louisiana. We were able to find three (3) complete bedroom sets with mattresses (two fulls and one queen) for approximately $4000. Ivan Smith had a huge selection of furniture and also had some appliances as well. There were no slip or trip hazards as we walked around the store.

Everyone at Ivan is amazing they let you take your time to look. They don't get upset if you change your mind which I did a few times. They went out of there way to get it financed. We have been shopping here for years the only furniture store to shop. I give them a A+ Love this store.

Loved the furniture we bought, Mayo brand. The salesman even gave us a $200 gift card to be used any time in the future. Some confusion checking out for sure, trying to get everyone on the same page and getting the gift card worked out. We returned 6 months later to use the gift card. Again, much confusion in the office checking out, and then we were told there was a $0 balance. (Our salesman no longer works there, of course). They assured us they would get the $200 put back on the card. A call a few days later from them to tell us that the $200 was taken off the original purchase of furniture so there was in fact a $0 balance. That was NOT what we were told. So frustrating. Why hand us a gift card in the first place? They are willing to lose a good paying customer ($3,000) for $200. So be it.

New furniture, great price, great friendly service
We will be using only this store from here on our. I will never use Ashley in Greenville and highly recommend Ivan Smith.

Excellent experience. We bought furniture in 2005 when it was Terry's but this was our first visit since. Our sales rep, BJ, was great and delivery was smooth and on time. Highly recommend.

BJ was a great sales person. I told him exactly what I was looking for he showed me the options. I went home and measured that size would not fit my room.
We found the same design in a smaller combination.

I try to shop locally so when I found a pillow in the store, I bought it there instead of going online to Amazon. The pillow was horrible and not knowing there is a no return policy on all bedding. So I am stuck with an expensive pillow in my guest room. Next time I'll shop at Amazon where you can return everything.
