Ivan Smith Furniture, Tyler TX

Have purchased several pieces of furniture from Ivan Smith Furniture and have always been treated with respect. The sales staff are always very friendly and helpful and if there is an issue after delivery their service department is one of the best.

As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and they made me feel at home I never felt pressured when I was ready for my purchase they were there to help me and even to load up my merchandise. I highly recommend Ivan Smith in Tyler

After moving into a new home, we purchased several pieces of furniture from Ivan Smith. At the time, we also purchased the optional protection plan and, quite honestly, forgot about. The furniture is top quality and we never had to use the plan. Fast forward.the protection finally expired, but we were given full credit for it to go toward another purchase. There was enough for us to purchase a new memory foam mattress for a day bed with some left over. We are very pleased with Ivan Smith’s quality and service.

Mr. Ray was awesome! He went beyond our expectations in helping us in the purchase of Mr. Nobles mattress. He now can heal from hip surgery in a comfortable and restful bed. Thank you so much for everything you did to help make everything happen Felt so welcomed and great personality. Blessings Overflow to him and Ivan Smith.

THE PEOPLE AT THE IVAN SMITH STORE IN TYLER TX ARE SOME OF THE NICEST, MOST HELPFUL SALES EMPLOYEES I'VE EVER WORKED WITH. I HAD A CHAIR THAT WAS DELIVERED TO ME THAT WAS THE WRONG STYLE. THE MANAGER WAS SO NICE & IMMEDIATELY SOLVED MY PROBLEM BY ORDERING ME THE RIGHT ONE. NO HASSEL AT ALL! I WILL DEFINITELY SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Clifford was our sales person. He greeted us and gave us space to look around. Once we saw what we were looking for. He was able to answer our questions and made sure we got the best deal. We are happy we the selection of furniture we bought and with the selection of furniture your store provides.

Nice selection of affordable furniture. There are some cheaper brands in their store but also better quality brands at a very competitive price.

I was greeted when I walked thru the door, by Cliff. He was a pleasure to deal with. He took me directly to the recliners & I bought one from him. The rest if the staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Salesman was fantastic and answered all of our questions and was true to his word. Your delivery people and/or contract people did a fantastic job of setting the sofa up as Marcey wanted.

Do not ever do Business with them! I recently purchased a 2300$ sectional after having it on layaway for a month and after it was payed off in full they call to tell me they are missing the middle section and they can’t get it. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received my refund and the only thing they said they would do for my inconvenience is sell me the couch with the missing piece for full price. Why would I want a half a sectional. Bad way to do business

I am happy with everything except the mattress that I picked. I requested medium and they felt good on store. But laying on them now gives me a really bad backache. Otherwise everything was exceptional from Kelly, to the mgr to the the delivery guys and the guy who completed my purchase. As well as the person who helped me until Kelly arrived for work.

So far our experience was great. Easy shopping and ordering, Kelly was amazing. Delivery guys were prompt and did a great job.

I made a small purchase, a country- feel rocker for my daughter. Staff was pleasant and courteous. I picked up my rocker myself & it was wrapped & staff helped load it. I would purchase with them again!
