IVFMD, Grapevine TX

Back in the Philippines I thought that my fertility journey will end last 2021 because of multiple failure of fertility treatments. Because of my age, I already have low ovarian reserve. We moved in Texas last 2022 and hoping to try fertility treatments. I did my best to have a good BMI, listened and applied what Dr. Reed's recommendations for food, supplements and more. My first attempt to IUI was cancelled because my uterine lining did not reached the limit needed. In my second attempt the following month, it was a huge success using Femara + gonal injection. I am now on my 20 weeks. I am very thankful to IVFMD, Dr Reed's care and to the staffs!

I recommend to go to IVFMD, couples with infertility issues. My husband and I were trying to have kids for 6 years and lost all our hopes. My physician suggested to go to IVFMD. We had our first successful IUI procedure. Dr. Arya and her team has helped us and were very supportive throughout the process. Thanks to Dr. Arya who made this miracle to happen.

Dr. Reed and her staff have been the best helping me and my partner on this journey. My situation is a little different than most as I am a transman and made the decision to carry after being on testosterone for 4 years. We did two try’s of IUI and were blessed on the second try. Dr. Reed and staff were very respectful of my pronouns and preferred name. I definitely couldn’t have asked for a better experience with IVFMD. Now if only Dr Reed could deliver our baby

You can’t get a better fertility doctor than Dr Beverly Reed! We've been working with her for almost a year and are now 8 weeks pregnant after the second IVF transfer:
- Dr Reed and IVF nurse Eden sincerely care about your journey
- It’s a good environment where you feel you can get all of your questions answered. They are very respectful
- Their communication is the best I’ve ever seen from a dr office. Eden will respond to emails within 1-2 hours, Dr. Reed addresses any dr questions before COB
- The after-hours nurse calls back quickly and is so helpful
- Office is highly organized with your charts, medication prescriptions. Critical with all IVF meds

IVF is overwhelming and emotionally difficult. Dr. Reed, Eden, and the office do everything they can to minimize the challenge of it for you.

Dr Reed and her team are amazing. By the time I got to Dr Reed's office I had already been through 2 other clinics. Walking into the office was like night and day. The staff was optimistic and hopeful but also realistic. When my pregnancy tests came back positive I think they were almost more excited than I was. Granted, I was having a hard time believing it was happening at last. I'm so thrilled to have had a successful pregnancy and be holding my sweet newborn as I type this out. And I am not sure there could be a higher recommendation than that.

I cannot recommend Dr. Reed more highly! I was so scared to leave the comfort of my Ob gyn office and instead see a fertility dr, but making an appointment with Dr. Reed is the best decision I've made this past year! I am an anxious person, and Dr. Reed was a perfect fit for me. She spent a lot of time at each appointment talking to me and reassuring me. She's respectful of your wishes and desires. Initially, I told her I was not interested in IVF, and she respected my wishes and never pushed for it. I felt like IVF was pushed on me at every other clinic I went to before. Once I decided on IVF, I second guessed myself on so much, and Dr. Reed always reassured me. If I had a question- which was literally every time I saw her- she always made sure I understood & she never made me feel rushed. She's the sweetest doctor, but at the same time, she's honest and realistic.

The Grapevine office was always my favorite. I loved talking to Kayla at the front- she was super knowledgeable and worked so hard to get me in & answer questions. Julie was always sweet and was good at getting my labs. But Eden is who I was assigned to as my IVF coordinator and she was just amazing! I've never met a more compassionate, positive, and responsive nurse than her. She never once blew off any of my concerns and always responded to my emails several times a day and never seemed annoyed by my millions of emails. There were a few times things came up and she'd respond after work or on the weekends, which I thought was incredible. It showed her dedication to her patients and its something that can be hard to find in doctor's offices these days. I am so thankful to go through infertility with Eden there by my side as my biggest cheerleader. Infertility can be so isolating, but Eden made it seem like I always had a friend who understood what I was going through.

The only thing I didn't love about IVFMD is if you do IVF, you don’t get frequent updates on your embryos until day 7, which is a long wait! I’m sure they have their reasoning, but it was a long and rough week! However, the advantages of this clinic FAR outweigh this one thing. I absolutely loved that Dr Reed does all her own sonograms. And you get to see HER at each appointment. If you're just starting on the infertility journey, let me tell you: This is HUGE! Also.if you’re considering going through IVF, one of my biggest pieces of advice is to find out what the clinic does with your embryos if they don’t meet their grading standards. 2 of my embryos would be considered “poor quality” at a lot of clinics, and would be trashed. However, I chose to transfer my worst quality embryo to save my best for last, and it worked! I already love this baby so much and know I wouldn't be pregnant with this baby had I chose a different clinic in the DFW area.

I'm so incredibly thankful for Dr. Reed, Eden, and all the other ladies at IVFMD. When I first started as a patient here, I couldn’t wait to go back to my OB Gyn bc they were “my people”. But now here I am- 12 weeks pregnant (thanks to Dr Reed) - and recently graduated from IVFMD and miss these ladies so much. These are “my people” now. I truly feel like Dr Reed and her staff were the answer to so many of my prayers during some of the hardest and emotional months of my life. ~KL

Dr. Reed and Nurse Eden are God sent! This was my first time going through IVF and everywhere I went, no one could really pinpoint what was wrong (or right), which made my TTC journey very frustrating.

When I met Dr. Reed, she was always so kind, so patient and always made me feel like I was a great candidate for success. That really was a glimpse of hope for me after experiencing an early loss (naturally) last year, but I didn’t know what to expect.

Well, after 2 1/2 years of trying I’m so glad I came to Dr. Reed because I’m now pregnant, carrying my beautiful baby girl and I’m so so so thankful beyond words. Nurse Eden was SO amazing and she goes above and beyond the call of duty! She made my journey much more easier: when I cried and was scared, she encouraged me. I’ve never met such a more beautiful human being unlike these two people.

The whole experience was great overall. Dr. Reed truly takes her time and she did such an amazing job with my ER and transfer. My only issue was hearing back my results, which was the disappointing part of the process, but again, Nurse Eden saved the day and on her day off told me the results as soon as she was able to get them.

If you’re looking for an IVF clinic, I’m telling you - go with Dr. Reed. She’s passionate about what she does and she really made me realize that I am worthy of having this child and was so positive the entire journey. I’m forever grateful to these two wonderful women and also to the embryologist team who chose the best em baby for me to experience this joy I’m having right now.

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Reed after months of having my symptoms disregarded and mishandled by Dr. Le at IVFMD's Irving location. Dr. Reed cancelled the appointment just a few hours beforehand because she said she needed to see my results from my endocrinologist before the appointment. IVFMD already had the name of my endocrinologist and my consent for the release of records. I scheduled the appointment with Dr. Reed over a week in advance and could have sent over the results (or signed a new consent if need be) if I had been asked, but I wasn't. Instead, my appointment was cancelled on me (and not rescheduled), despite the fact that IVF is a VERY time-sensitive procedure, signalling that IVFMD is just refusing to treat me given that I have a hormone disorder (even though that disorder is being treated). The doctors at IVFMD have no empathy for what their patients are going through and seem to be more concerned with washing their hands of any challenges (e.g, when an outside endocrinologist needs to be brought in due to a hormone disorder that the doctors at IVFMD aren't equipped to treat) than actually helping their patients.

I came into the IVF process so nervous. Not wanting to give my life story behind my IVF decision, although it’s self explanatory when you choose to take this avenue. I was lucky enough to have the coverage thru my employer to cover the process; and through my insurance I was given this gem. IVFMD has been so supportive from the initial phone call, throughout the entirety of the process. I had the pleasure to be accompanied by the staff, naming Eden, my IVF NURSE, and Dr. Reed. Working with women who have such a passion for what they do and having a special COMPASSION for their patients. I was treated EXTREMELY SPECIAL and even after the fact, the treatment I receive from this office is still so COMPASSIONATE. They have kept me strong mentally throughout and have always reassured me that I was in great hands! And that is TRUTH. I will recommend ALL to come and give IVFMD GRAPEVINE a try if you are looking for EXCELLENT SERVICES AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF! I have nothing but love for EVERYONE HERE AT IVFMD! Dr. Reed, Daisy, Julie, Eden and the staff at IVFMD are awesome! These ladies are champions of miracles! They have a lot on their plates, but they always remain responsive, supportive, and empathetic. We've been to the Irving and Grapevine offices and it's always been a positive experience. I could not be more thankful for this clinic and the amazing women who work here, Dr. Reed, Daisy, Eden and Julie, each of you played a part in our fertility journey and we are forever grateful your kindness and compassion that you showed to us at every encounter! To start I will just say that my husband and I tried for years to get pregnant with no luck, and we finally got the courage to see a professional and I am so glad that we did. Dr. Reed is an AMAZING doctor, she is kind, professional, easy to talk and very detail oriented, she customized a protocol that worked for mine and my husband's diagnosis that ultimately helped us get pregnant with our rainbow baby! She answered ALL of my questions and made sure to explain in detail what to expect with each test and procedure that we did. But I also have to give the biggest shout out to Daisy our nurse, because I could not have done this without her! She was so helpful and reassuring every single step of the way, Daisy was so thorough with helping me to understand my medications and what to expect during the different phases of my treatment, not to mention she was also kind enough to answer every single one of my million questions that I emailed to her constantly. All and all I have to say that going to IVFMD was one of the best decisions we could have made! I am beyond grateful for Dr. Reed, Daisy, Eden, Julie, Kayla and the rest of the team at IVFMD. As I'm sure most women dealing with infertility feel, I felt hopeless and emotionally exhausted before I was referred to IVFMD. Once I started working with Dr. Reed, I felt confident and hopeful in the plans she laid forward. Dr. Reed and her team are always so sweet and comforting. She takes time to explain each process and answer questions. I always felt I could call any member of the team if I needed anything. And when I found out I was finally pregnant, they all felt like good friends calling to tell me the good news. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Reed and the staff at IVFMD. The IVF process can be confusing but Dr. Reed always took the time to answer all of our questions big and small. She never made us feel rushed or that our concerns weren’t valid. Her personalized approach made me feel so comfortable with her and that she knew me and was invested in my outcomes. I never felt like a number. Eden was also an amazing support and liason. I appreciate her timely responses to my questions and sincere interest in our success and wellbeing. I was referred to IVFMD after not having success getting pregnant on my own. Immediately after our first consult, my husband and I were so impressed with Dr. Reed. She was patient and answered every single one of my (seemingly never ending) questions. Through every treatment, she checked in and we would work through our different options together. I really appreciate how she took my questions and requests seriously and really made me feel like I was a part of the healthcare team. I also have nothing but positive things to say about both Daisy and Eden. Over the course of my treatments, I had the pleasure of working with both of them. They both answered all of my questions and were amazing cheerleaders. My husband and I came to IVFMD after the most difficult time in our lives. After 4 years of infertility and several miscarriages, we lost our miracle baby at 40 weeks due to an umbilical cord accident. The thought of going through infertility all over again was too much to bear, so we decided to move forward with IVF, just 6 months after delivering our stillborn baby. The first time we met Dr Reed we felt at home, which is hard to do for us - we lost so much faith in doctors after we lost our son. We had our egg retrieval in October, and ended up with 6 pgs normal embryos. We transferred one in early January, and I am 8 weeks pregnant! Dr Reed and Eden have answered all of our questions, no matter how silly. They have taken extra care of some medical issues I have. I can’t even explain how grateful we are to everyone at IVFMD for all they did to help us get our miracle baby.

To say I am grateful for Dr. Reed & the staff at IVFMD is an understatement. Eden and the other nurses and staff were amazing! My dream came true. IVF was not easy but Eden & Dr. Reed helped me along each process, each step was closer and closer to end goal. IVF Worked on the first try and will definitely be back in the future!
