My husband and I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this fertility clinic. After struggling to begin our family, we turned to Dr. Arya for assistance. Initially, our first consultation seemed promising – Dr. Arya was understanding, attentive, and took the effort to craft a fertility plan that suited our budget and needs.

However, over subsequent weeks, the quality of care deteriorated. Dr. Arya rushed through appointments, displayed impatience, and was curt with both of us. The tipping point was a significant procedure I underwent, during which I was visibly nervous. Dr. Arya's response to my anxiety was inappropriate, leaving me uncertain about her professionalism.

Furthermore, we attempted to streamline costs by discussing lab results immediately after the procedure. But Dr. Arya admitted she hadn't reviewed the results, necessitating an additional appointment at extra cost. This was frustrating and added to our growing disillusionment.

At a subsequent appointment, Dr. Arya used complex medical jargon and spoke quickly, making it difficult for us to comprehend. When I asked her to repeat herself and explain the subject in more elementary terms, she responded by saying, "I am not going to repeat myself! " This behavior from a fertility doctor, someone we expected compassion and understanding from, was disheartening.

In the end, our experience was profoundly unsatisfactory. We were hopeful for success in building our family, but the treatment we received from Dr. Arya and the clinic was far from what we needed. I wish we had known how poorly we would be treated, as we would have chosen a different path.

I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere. It's worth driving extra distance to find a different fertility doctor who will provide the compassion, time, and expertise necessary during such a sensitive journey. Patients deserve doctors who will patiently explain medical complexities and offer genuine empathy, especially in matters of infertility.

Thank you so much Dr. Le and entire team for helping us becoming parents. We welcomed our miracle baby girl in February 2023. Highly Recommended this clinic for those couples who are struggling with their fertility issues.

I had a telephone appointment with Dr. Le in early March. First two questions he asked was my height and weight. Telephone appointment went fine. Very short (less than 5 minutes) but okay. Two months later, I went in for an ultrasound and Dr. Le denied me further treatment due to my weight. Do not recommend. Should have said something at my first appointment! I have already done IUIs and egg retrievals at another clinic and weight never came up. Healthcare professionals should not be biased with their care. Healthcare is for everyBODY.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I wouldn't recommend anyone entrust themselves or their personal information to their care.

I have been working with Dr. Raj for almost a year. Dr. Raj and his assistant Jessica and Jasmin has been so helpful and been by my side through this process. So thankful to have them as I go through my fertility journey. They make sure that I have everything I need and always answer my question in a timely manner. Dr. Raj and his team is the best.

For anyone trying to work here plz rethink about it. The Supervisor/Manager which her name is Joy is one of the most unprofessional managers ever she’s fake to all of the other employees and she is the worst trainer you can ask for. If I could give 0 stars I would. She’s been there for many years and is still working there, please do not apply at this job

Best experience ever! Am currently 2 months pregnant thanks to Doctor Le and all of his team for helping me out through this journey. It’s been a success so far, strongly recommend never lose hope.

Horrible experience and rude people!
We Scheduled an appointment. Called day off to ask questions and they said they didn't have an appointment for me. My fertility lady made them get me an appointment that day. When they found out my name the lady at the desk was so rude to mel! She helped the lady behind me first! She barely talked to me and just shoved things in my face with no explanation. I had to ask to understand what I was supposed to do. They had a person training and they never even asked me if it was ok! The trainer hurt me and I heard Dr Lee say no don’t do that! Plus Dr. Lee is a liar he told me one thing and he told my doctor the opposite! Highly recommend never going here! I have severe anxiety and this place made my anxiety go through the roof!

This place is great! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a professional and successful service. We went to another clinic before, but IVFMD definitely was a better experience. We are thankful to meet Dr. Le. He is very kind, optimistic and professional. All the nurses and office staff are very nice as well, especially Kristie, Kim and Kathy. They were very helpful during the process.

I get so emotional when I start talking about my fertility journey. My advice to you, don’t hesitate to choose Dr Le. Ive been with lots of fertility doctors from California to Texas. I am so thankful to God, Dr Le, and his team.

Dr. Le and his so-called insurance coordinator, BT, spent months telling me that my insurance company wasn't going to approve IVF until I went through 3-6 failed IUI cycles. After months of being unable to even get to IUI due to cysts and/or overstimulated ovaries (not to mentioned a blocked tube that Dr. Le diagnosed but failed to mention presented a risk of ectopic pregnancy), I looked into my insurance information myself and found out that my insurance would have - and did - approve me to go straight to IVF. I went through months of suffering in an effort to do IUI for nothing. I suffered serious side effects from the medications I was being given. Dr. Le repeatedly dismissed my symptoms as "work stress. " He even dismissed my irregular period (which has been iregular since I was in college) as work stress. I finally insisted that he do further testing for a hormone imbalance and stop blaming my symptoms on "stress. " Turns out I have a genetic endocrine disorder. Even after this diagnosis, Dr. Le minimized my symptoms and got angry when I asked if he would be willing to prepare FMLA paperwork for me while I went through IVF. Dr. Le then tried AGAIN to push me to try IUI EVEN THOUGH I had ANOTHER cyst on my ovaries. This was after I told him I wanted to go straight to IVF because my insurance allowed me to do so (and it was financially in my best interest).

I wasted almost $2,500 of my $10,000 lifetime insurance maximum on fertility drugs that Dr. Le prescribed me for the IUI process. Dr. Le said "give the drugs to someone else if you don't need them - it's good karma. " No, "good karma" would be you reimbursing me for the drugs you had me buy for multiple failed, unnecessary, and reckless IUI attempts.

My experience was so degrading and invalidating, and I'm lucky I had an understanding employer who supported me more than my doctor did. The only "stress" I had during this painful ordeal was caused by IVFMD. This is all not to mention the incompetent staff I had to deal with, but that's another story.

UPDATE: The response from IVFMD is completely false. I never did an IUI cycle for the reasons explained above. They didn't even submit a request for approval for IVF for months because they were busy convincing me insurance wouldn't approve it, which is why I "agreed" to try IUI first (because they said I had no choice). By the time the approval came back (around 10/7/22), I was already done with this place after Dr. Le invalidated me yet again and tried pushing me to do IUI despite cysts on my ovaries, a blocked tube, and an unresolved hormonal imbalance. That last visit with Dr. Le was on 10/3/22. I have documentation of these dates, as well as emails with my company trying to figure out a workaround to the "3-6 failed IUI attempts" requirement that I then learned had been fabricated by IVFMD. Do not trust this place. Based on their response, they clearly don't care about patient privacy, either.

FURTHER UPDATE: After seeing my reply to their dishonest and inappropriate response to my review, IVFMD deleted their response.

Carmisha and staff are wonderful at the Los calinos LabCorp very friendly and professional and very helpful.

Dr. Reed is by far the best Dr that I have ever had the privilege of seeing! She approaches each aspect of treatment with compassion, knowledge, and kindness! She is extremely knowledgeable and really wants you to fully understand all of your options! I highly recommend her!
