Very nice people. They worked with me 1st time so they made me relax felt great better then I expected.

I love this place so so much I even moved from the area and still make the extra drive. The man makes sure his workers give you exactly the look your going for. Very nice and neat and the price is not bad as other places. I will continue to go here for my acrylics because it always looks so nice and neat and they are super fast. Excellent costumer service!

I loved coming to JC Nails and have been there a couple of times. I went last Saturday and I was not satisfied with the nails. Usually they do a good job and yes their service is pretty nice. But the tech that did my nails this time did not do a good job. I felt rushed and I was not satisfied. She was in a rush and left bubbles on my nails. You can clearly see the glue is not sitting right. I had gone back and she redid the the top coat to fix the bubbles. But now it’s been less than a week and I can clearly see the nails are coming out, glue can be seen plus the bubbles are still there. Not going there again!

My mom went in for a refill, she had gotten her nails done when she was on vacation and wanted to get them redone when we came back. I took Her here because I used To get my nails done here ALL the time. Even when I moved to Austin for school whenever I came back I made sure to pay them a visit. But even just removing the acrylic from my moms nails, the lady broke 2 of her real nails. She wasn’t even giving my mom any kind of attention. She was on her phone not seeing how much pressure she has been applying to my moms nail with the drill bit when she broke it. When my mom had told her she hurt her, she just continued to pull her arm back and not even one sorry came out of her mouth. We told her just to remove the rest of the acrylic and not even worry about the refill we didn’t want it. But then she hurt my mom again and that’s when we got up. When trying to leave I told my mom to wait in the car and I would Pay since she was visibly upset. The nail tech kept calling my mom back like she wasn’t going to pay the stupid $10. I told her I was Going to pay and she kept reminding me it was $10. After trying to explain to her why my mother was so upset, she kept trying to say that she did not hurt her. And that’s when the owner or manager came up to me and heard me out. But the way my moms nails came out after this visit, if I could give this place zero stars, I would’ve. Don’t come here.

Penny did my toes and did a wonderful job. But the lady that did my nails was a horrible job. If I go back it will only be because I won’t Jenny to do my nails

Very unprofessional, instead of telling you the wait time they will literally let you soak your feet for 30-45 mins plus.multiple people got served before me, i had to leave with soaked feet.very disappointed and will not be returning again

Cindy is the only person I go to. She takes her time and I love the outcome of my nails! Also, made an appointment before hand and was able to get them done before work!

They rule and unfair they tell you to come back in an hour because they are busy but take three people right after you walk out They open at 11 I got there at 11: 21 how are y’all that busy 21 minutes after you open

Cindy and Linda did my nail. Pedicure was pretty good and clean. Manicure don’t like the shape, felt like she kinda new to it, one hand was good other hand was bad. Overall they are friendly. Price is pretty reasonable.

I was referred here by my sister. I’m glad I came. Jenny was my nail tech and she was very nice. She took her time and my nails are beautiful. She did an awesome job on my pedicure as well. The prices are reasonable and quality is good. A win win!

My first time here and they did an amazing job with my nails. Staff is nice and the guy who did my nails was awesome. Also I asked for my eyebrows to be down and the lady did them the way I like it. Prices are reasonable. I will definitely come back.
