I love coming here! ️ Best hair experience ever. I came to get my hair fixed and they sure did fixed it and made me love my hair once again. The only thing from 5 stars is wait time and hair style. I had an appointment and the stylist was running behind. Understandable. When it was my turn she took her time, but took too long and was running behind for her next appointment. I asked for my hair to get curled and she did them in 5 minutes! After a few hours my hair was flat. That’s the reason I gave a 4 stars and not 5.

I've been to a lot of salons in Houston and most of them don't carry Goldwell products, J. Dall does! My hair loves that product and it shows. The stylist are very knowledgeable about color, style and catering to your needs. What I love about them the most is I arrive needing a complete over haul and leave looking like a goddess. My first experience was better than I hoped. Amabelly was so professional and the way she treated me during my visit was better than I have experienced at other salons.

Horrible customer service and lost a client within 2 minutes of my arrival. If you value customer service, do not go here. Too many other salons with top stylists + customer service.

I made a last minute appointment for a hair cut and style. I have been to expensive salons before, and have been consistently let down. This was not that type of experience. They accommodated me quickly, were ready for me when I arrived, and were very friendly during all encounters. My stylist was great with asking me my ideas and integrating them into the cut and style. They were busy that day, but the environment was clean, warm, and fun. I don't usually pay 80ish dollars for a cut, but I would go back again.

I had an appointment with Monica and was late for 15 min due to an ad hoc priority at work. I was turned away when I arrived cos she had a busy schedule. I requested an appointment with their head stylist but was told that he did not accept new client. I was left with whoever was available. On the day of my appointment, I was told that someone else would do my hair because the other stylist was not well. This inspired me to try another salon where I was met by a master colorist. She gave me undivided attention and did an awesome job. It feels good when you are treated as a respected customer.

I almost don't want to give Elia a great review because then others will book her and make appointments with her! She's great. This place is wonderful. Everyone is friendly. A huge assortment of hair products. I always recommend this place to friends.

Eugene is great; his consistently high-quality haircuts have gotten me lots of compliments and, as a bonus, he's always a pleasure to talk to.

The staff and atmosphere were awesome! Everyone was nice and respectful, but I basically spent $65 on a trim. I asked for bangs, but was not given bangs. I walked out of the salon with the same hairstyle that I walked in with. I'm very disappointed that I spent so much money, and didn't get the look I wanted.

I've been growing my hair for 7 years, and decided long hair was starting to get a bit unmanageable. Understandably, after 7 years of growing my hair, I was a bit hesitant to lop it all off, so I did my research and looked for a salon that would do a good job. I'd never been to an actual upscale salon, usually getting my hair cut at a budget cutters, but since this was the end of a 7 year commitment, I thought I'd splurge. I was afraid they were going to be elitist, but everyone here was great! They fit me in right away with Madison, who did a fantastic job. I love my cut, and everyone was super friendly and helpful! I will definitely be returning here to have my hair cut in the future!

Fabulous experience at J. Dall. Lindsay is professional and talented. She provided an excellent consultation and service. She is my new stylist from now on! I had long boring brown hair, she gave my long hair style and added fabulous color!

I had my first appointment with Safa a month ago because my hair stylist is very sick. Safa listened really well which was very important to me and responded. She suggested new things but understood my hesitancy to make changes the first appointment.she only did one minimal new technique which I liked. I have a second appointment with her later this week.

This is an amazing Salon, the staff is super friendly, they are understanding.
The Salon is very elegant and stylish with all you can think of products.
I do my hair there with Safa and so does my 5 year old, we both love Safa, she listens well, she gives her professional opinion but takes into consideration what you want! She's one of very few hairdressers who only trims a bit of your hair, she cherishes long beautiful hair and treats it well!
